May not be coming back here.
Location is good; near many places. Three house pools helped alleviate crowd. BUT... Room was with ants. Balcony rails and chairs inside the room were dusty. Poor quality of tissue paper in the restrooms. Lobby area was very warm. Elevators and hallways outside the rooms were very humid, no ventilation. Breakfast buffet food was very disappointing and tasted bland. Had short supply of food on a Tuesday morning.

La Carmela Experience
Check-in is not a breeze. It took time. Most of the front desk staff are efficient. But there is one who seemed a newbie and doesn't know what to do next. Lobby is too crowded because it is too small for so many people checking in and out. Rooms are ok. We were even upgraded to a better room free of charge. Maybe because our supposed standard room that we booked thru Agoda is already full. Swimming pools, especially the one on the beachfront have blurry water the whole 3 days stay that we were in. Truly disappointing. Breakfast buffet is ok. Overall, you get what you pay for. But there are still a lot more rooms for improvement.

Good location, poor facilities, bad breakfast
Location wise is good, whereby the hotel is strategically located at beach front in Station 2. However, me and my peers were very disappointed with their poor air-conditioning system in the Premier West room. No wifi available in the room too unless you purchase from them. Wifi at the lobby is a pain as we could hardly connect plus no fan nor aircond provided at the lobby with a lot of mosquitoes flying around so you would eventually walk away with disappointment. Complimentary breakfast is bad. Coffee tasted like plain water and the food was mostly tasteless. Ended up we gave up having breakfast there from the second day of stay onwards. Bad shower room design where the showering water will flow out causing uncomfortably wet floor. I will never stay or recommend this hotel again.

assigned room was old , floor very dusty Poor airconditioning, very hot comfort room- stained mirror, faucet with not enough water coming out room not presentable no available room to transfer room category is only Ph 1,000/night would not recommend to stay in old building

Boracay sojourn
There were 18 of us, quite a big group of members of a cooperative. The boracay sojourn in la carmela boracay was an experience to remember.....why? .... Location, buffet breakfast, rooms, staff were great.... Activities by the beach was readily available..... Transporting to explore the island was just a few steps from the back of the hotel....what more can I say, la carmela boracay is a highly recommended place to stay for your boracay sojourn... 😀☀️🌴🏊🏼
