Very good location, big room and convenient
The family deluxe room is big and comfortable. Hot water was available. Breakfast was good.

Accessibility
The hotel location was just right. Few minutes walk to the quiter part of station 1. Few minutes walk as well to the shops and restaurants in station 2.

2-week stay for mission
We brought in multiple teams for work, and the location, service and well-sized rooms are unbeatable for group work and families that joined us. Staff are superb. Real value for money, hands down. Hope Royal Park stays open for a very long time.

Sir Jason was so accomodating helping us to find activities that are cheapest. Kaso lang we were disappointed sa DIAMOND staff during our parasailing trip. But the hotel: MALAKING CHECK :)

Our First Boracay Trip
Our family's flight to Kalibo was cancelled on the day that we had a reservation at Royal Park Resort and they was able to adjust our date of stay easily. The staff were all accommodating and polite while assisting us during our trip. The rooms are very spacious and clean and is located at the beach front which is a good thing. The breakfast offered to us is okay. Our only comment is that they should maintain the back area of the building as well because the guests are coming in on that area and when we arrived, we were worried that the hotel might not be good due to its appearance as it looks very dilapidated.

Worst Boracay Expeience Ever - do not stay here
We booked 3 rooms here for 5 nights and we had to leave after the second night to get a new hotel in a different location(even though we had already paid for this one in full and could not get a refund). It is right on the busiest part of the beach, with all of the hustlers bothering you as you eat breakfast - trying to sell you anything from sunglasses and drugs to boat tours and jet skiis. All of the tour boats are stationed in the water right in front of the hotel. There was a massive fist fight between two drugged up locals next to our breakfast table on the property. We were threatened by the vendors and they never took 'no' for an answer. I live in the Philippines and have been to Boracay more than 10 times and this was the worst experience I could have imagined. I realize that the hotel is not responsible for vendors trying to sell you stuff, but they would come to the breakfast table at the restaurant and harass you and there was no hotel security around to help. When I approached the staff at the front desk, they just said, " We try to tell them to go away, but they just come back and there is nothing we can do." There is something they can do, and that is what every other resort does and hire security to keep vendors out. Also, there was a jackhammer ripping up the front walkway from 12am - 4am. This was right outside our room. Next, there was the fact that we heard what we thought were rats were running around in the ceilings and making lots of noise. We found out that we were correct when one rat chewed through a taped up hole in the ceiling and came in to take advantage of our "spacious" room. As we looked around, we noticed that the staff had taped about 3 or 4 holes up in the ceiling to "solve" this problem that they have. There was no management there for the 2 days for us to speak to in person, so the staff is left to deal with all of the problems, but they have no power to make anything happen or make any decisions. Location and staff are awesome!
Great location. Very nice staff. Enormous rooms. Recommending the place to my friends and will be definitely be staying there again.
