Good hotel and good service, nice staffs

i stayed at alta vista de boracay 4 nights and i feel so good to stay there. once the hotel located on the montain and far away from the white beach and the city center, i can have a quiet space and relax mode for my holiday. hotel provide free shuttle bus for transfer guests from alta vista to d'mall and from d'mall to alta vista, it's so great for us. the rooms are clean and big, with a/c and montain or ocean view. hotel can also provide massage service. i will be in alta vista again when i come to boracay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
D'Mall for shopping,eating; White Beach for the sunshine and you can join lots of sea activities. Just take the hotel's free shuttle bus to reach there.

swimming pool was the only thing i liked.
too far from the main city. there is free shuttle from the hotel. but i dont want to recommed you. nearest from the beach is best.
i dont have good memory in here.

Amazing Hotel, Rescued our Holiday

this hotel is up on the northern part of the island. it is far away from white beach and that is a great thing. white beach is crazy and largely unpleasant. puka beach is much nicer and almost no people. the hotel has a free shuttle to puka beach, as well as white beach. the infinity pool and view are to die for. this hotel is such a good deal.

this hotel is very clean well serviced by polite staff members excellent breakfast the only problem was the distance from Kalibo Airport many hours travel and an extra early start on the outbound trip

upon arrival i was met by a very male receptionist who insisted on myself producing the printed booking form, i explained i was unable to do this as i had no printer at home, i further explained that i had the booking reference number which should be enough to process my booking, which had been paid in full.
he demanded i go to a hotel printer and print off the receipt. i explained that the hotel did not need that receipt all they needed was the booking reference number and my credit card. he was rude and unhelpfull and if i could i would have cancelled my booking and left the hotel due to his attitude, which in fairness is not the usual attitude of filipinos. this ruined my stay and i would not wish anyone to go through the problems i encountered to produce a piece of paper that the hotel already have.

It has a great view of the Boracay island, the pool is very relaxing. Breakfast was satisfying and the tv is big. one downside is you need to wait for the service van to take you to the white beach. Well, you can't have it all. Overall, it is a great place for couples since it is very secluded and great place to unwind.

This hotel is perfect if you had been to Boracay countless times like me who prefer to be on the quieter side of Boracay after having its fill of parties. First time travelers might find it too far from the action like my boyfriend. The rooms are nice especially if you get the one with a view. Ours did not have one but it was still spacious and is cleaned everyday. The bathroom is nice. The downside is the wifi is not free. You can only get free access while at the lobby so if you want to check your emails or upload pictures in you room, you have to purchase their wifi card. The pool is great because of the view but it could have been better if it was on a different area rather than right in front of the reception area. The breakfast buffet has wide choices of food especially if you are Filipino but if you are a foreigner, you might be compelled to try Filipino breakfast food as there are limited options. Overall our stay was a memorable one :)

Over all stay is nice. There are some things that they change (compared to their old service) that made my stay not so pleasant. the fact that the hotel is like 10 mins away from white beach... they change the "any time pick up and drop off service from the hotel to d'mall". some hotel staff are not so good in answering concerns and questions.
