Relaxing, quiet place. Service dining disappointin

I did not like the service dining. If you ask a glass of water to the waiter they will give you. For the second round get by your self. Weird service. 5 star hotel theres no service like that. That's why your on vacation you need to relax not to stress yourself. That's part of what you paid for them the service and the ambiance of the hotel. I won't go back again that hotel. 4 days and 3 nights we did not eat well with our breakfast. we did not enjoy it with my kids. Because it's not a buffet. I thought its buffet co'z its a five star hotel. Sorry to say that..i just wanna share my experience to Ambassador hotel. Hope won't happen again to another costumers. Thanks!

Great hotel, located at the beach
Super friendly staff, large and nice rooms, free shuttle

Me and my wife spent 3 days at this Hotel, great place, the food was nice, great location on the beach. Free shuttle, so easy to get to the shops etc.
We got our own mobile phone so we could just call if we needed anything, shuttle pickup etc. great!
I would gladly stay there again
