Good hotel for couples

This hotel is located at some distance from market streets. So, if you want to emjoy in a quiet, decent and/or private atomosphere, this hotel is strongly recommended.
For the purchase of souvenirs, the hotel provides the guests with free transport vehicle according to its availability. I used this free ride, three times for three days. Tricycles - motorcycles with a side-car - are also available with approx US$1 - $1.1/2.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel is fully-fledged with restrant-bar, small pool, private beach and wide confortable room.

nice wide huge room and clean always, roomservice was perfect ,too. when i went there , it was rainyday from august 11th to 15th of 2012. what i could do, was only went shopping mall. and stayed in hotel and watch cabletv of movie. so i ordered some foods they were all tasty,everybody can think the hotel was nice five star hotel. if i have to say some bad point of this hotel, i would say all room doesnt have room phone. when i check in , i got cell phone from front staff, though. for room service and housekeeping , i gotta use the cellur phone to the front. this was strange . and the food , restaurant and roomservice was perfect as i said. but breakfast buffet was not so perfect. i mean it was good . but it was not very good and not so many kinds to choose. after all i love this hotel. im gonna repeat to stay there.

Great hotel and nice location

I thought the staff was very polite and friendly. The location is in station 1 which is away from the middle of all the action so if you want a little quiet place it is good. 15 min walk to the station 2 area. The rooms were clean and nice, the resturant and bar was nice looking over the water. They had good live music every night. The food is a little expensive but good. They have shuttle to station 2 and to the airport when you leave. Overall this was a great place to stay

despite inclement weatgher during our stay, the hotel had made sure guests could swim and eat out of the wind and still feel like you were on the beach. great transport service to other points of interest on boracay.
Travel tip:
Large number of water sports available. Avoid agents and go to the vendors themselves for best prices

Great location but badly mainatained

The hotel has a very small frontage and at our time of the visit there's no place where deck chairs could be placed to enjoy the ocean. The swimming pool is filthy and full of sand and leaves. Amenities in the room are very basic (not something one would expect from a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star hotel), we were given shampoo that were already been used.
The hotel has a tendency to charge for every mishap. eg if the sheets were dirtied, broken glasses. We were charged about USD 30 for a broken wine glass (similar quality to the ones at Ikea where it cost about USD 3). There’s no phone in the room and the mobile phone that they provide does not work during our 4 day stay. Free glass of cocktail only happen at 5 to 5.05pm and they were very inflexible about giving out the free drinks if they are not claimed by 5.05pm. All in all, very inflexible service and anything extra comes with a price and if one wants to stay here, do not expect anything extra or exceptional service.

Great resort in amazing location

The resort is situated right on white beach and just a 5 minute free shuttle ride to the main part of the town (d'mall) where you can eat and do all your shopping. The room was very spacious and overlooked the pool, palm trees and beach. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cant wait to return next year.
Hotel Feature Tip:
At low tide instead of getting a shuttle to the town area you can thake a 15 minute walk along the beach.

Beautifully located hotel with excellent service
great location, large rooms with views of the ocean, and great service.

It was a great stay aside from the last two days of foul weather. the hotel is located on the beach in station 1 making the powder fine sand easily accessible but not too far from eateries in D Mall. The gym of the hotel was fairly well equipped, so keeping fit is easier. The only complaint is about the food, for the prices some were good but a few were too salty or oily. Another minor thing would be the shower been a bit weak. However the great service did offset the minor cons, so i would recommend.
