Friendly staff and the best sunset
friendly staff and very pro active
7
If you want the best sunset in Boracay, the hotel has it. Pro active staff and super helpful. If you don't want to cross a street to get to your hotel, this hotel isn't for you. Room a little old for me but their service makes up for it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Definitely try Ariel's point. If you book in Boracay Beach Club you'll have a big discount.

Nice smaller hotel with friendly staff!
Only a short walk from the beach, free breakfast included, clean rooms
8.7
Boracay Beach Club is one of the better smaller hotels in Station 1. Less than five minute walk from the beach. The free breakfast included was very good! The hotel staff was very friendly and kept the place very clean. The hotel also offers free wifi, which is always a plus. The negative comments a have regarding this hotel is that every morning around 5:30 a.m. it got pretty noisy, because you could hear the locals that live right by the hotel, hammering and sawing, as well as roosters constantly crowing. Not very pleasant after a long night of partying and fun. Also, watch out when trying to cross Main Road in front of hotel to get to the beach. Beware of trikes and jeepneys flying by.
Shopping Tip:
D'Mall is nice place to pick souvenirs and shop.

Nice hotel, but NOT on the beach
5
The hotel location is not on the beach. You have to cross the main road in order to get to or from the beach to the hotel.
The hotel staff are nice, but the managers are not. Read carefully other reviews about it.
My room was clean and big, but the window faced a wall.
And the price was high compared to other alternatives in the same area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must go to Ariel's point

close to beach (across the street) but not right on the stations, so that you can avoid those annoying solicitors.

Nice hotel but atrocious service and not on beach
Great Pool, free breakfast
5.3
With the exception of the incredibly rude female manager, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great, the restaurant was a bit mediocre but breakfast was free, and the rooms were generally ok.
I brought a little work with me to Boracay. If you need the internet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The Wi-Fi is horrible and simply doesn't work through most of the hotel or anywhere at all at random points of the day. The hotel was quite accommodating in this regard though, and moved me for my second night from a room where the Wi-Fi didn't work to one where it did, at least intermittently.
On my second day I asked if I could stay a third night and they told me that staying in my room for a third night was no problem at all. I went out for the night, came back, and went to sleep with no indication that anything was amiss, and when I opened the door for breakfast found a note jammed under the door telling me that they had been mistaken and that I would have to move to another room. They said that they had only two rooms left, the suite and this cramped little room at the back of the ground floor that was considerably smaller, darker, and had a window that opened to views of their washing machines and water pipes. Oh, and they guaranteed me that the wi-fi would not work in that room. I asked to speak to management and was told, "Sorry we screwed up, but we only have this room and the suite." I calmly attempted to explain that this room was completely unacceptable and that, at any hotel in the world with any standards whatsoever, the apology would come with an offer to upgrade to the suite for the standard room price. The manager became quite obnoxious and condescending and told me I could take the cramped corner hovel, pay extra for the suite, or find another place to stay. Which I did. I would highly recommend staying in a cheaper, nicer place on the beach with less nasty managers.
Restaurant Tip:
Gerry's Grill, on the beach (which is quite far from the poorly named "Beach Club"), has phenomenal food. I recommend the sisig and the adobo pork ribs.

lovely smile and so so facility
6.7
I visited this nice, friendly and small hotel during low season and I still think it was slightly over priced. a nice, small and regular breakfast is made with your order. A small beach front bar/restaurant is the only facility on the beach. 5min tuk tuk ride to dmall for 10 peso, ok room and facility for the price, near a noisy club on the main street at night.... For 15 or 20usd more, you can stay at a much nicer, bigger beach front hotel with best beach chairs in boracay, very nice sea view and free breakfast buffet at seawind resort. This will be the best 15 to 20 extra us dollar investment for your boracay vacation.
Travel tip:
tuk tuk is only ten peso from station 1 to station 3.. just act like locals, wave at a tuk tuk driving toward your destination and tell the driver where you want to go... Tuk tuks Waiting at dmall can be expensive... Just walk 20 meters away to catch a tuk tuk driving by...remember, a tuk can accommodate up to 5 passengers...

Great hotel in the heart of Boracay
Location, food, know how, ect...All around great hotel...best spot to stay in Boracay
9.7
I highly recommend the Boracay Beach Club (BBC) for any travelers staying in Boracay. The hotel staff are great and very helpful. You are immediately known by all and greeted by your first name. The hotel is family owned and you can find them hanging around daily. My first night I was invited to dinner with the owners wife, Dita Mimi. They were in the process of reviewing the menu and I was invited for a taste test. The food was great and I ate there most nights. All ingredients seemed fresh and each dish was expertly prepared. Very good! Dita Mimi also helped set me up with things to do and places to see. The location is great, right in the middles of station one (where all food, shopping and bars are location, along with the best beach) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the bars, restaurants and shopping. It is about a 5 minute walk down the beach to get to the beginning of the touristy area. I preferred being a bit away, as a lot of hotels are tucked right in between bars and shops.
The only Con about the hotel is the WIFI in the rooms, or lack of (at least from my room on the third floor). Not a big issue because it can easy be accessed from the restaurant/lounge, pool and other common spaces.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I recived my PADI SCUBA Diving certificate while in Boracay. It takes three days to complete and costs about 21,000 (with discount from the BBC, it is about 17000). I went to Free Willy's Diving. I recommend going here. Owned by a Willy, a French national living in Boracay for about 15 years. I received one-on-one instruction and did four dives with my instructor, Ben.

Great hotel with personalised service
Best part of White Beach, staff took the trouble to learn your name even when only staying for one night.
9.3
this hotel is located in station 1, which in my opinion has the best part of the beach in terms of clean white sand and less boats. the room was fine but what was good was that the staff learnt my name even though i was only staying one night. the front bar on the beach was being renovated but looks like it'll be very nice once completed. enjoyed my short stay.
