Nice hotel close enough to everything to do here

I really liked our stay here, although we spent most our time at Kasbar (10min walk) because it was a more lively venue. We always came back to a very clean room and always welcomed by the security staff, which at night make you feel safer (I think 3 on duty). A couple of negatives were the shower was pretty weak and the beds hard but hard beds are pretty much common everywhere in Asia, even at 5* hotels. I probably would try another place closer to where we hanged out each day but can't really fault this place. The pool is nice also but you lose the sun around 3pm, but when you have 1 of the most amazing beaches in the world you should not be wasting your time by the pool anyway.

After reading reviews, I felt confident in booking this hotel. After my stay here, I really don't understand what the hype is about. This property is pretty out dated with it's room fixtures, dark rooms, and plumbing issues with the sink.
Plus side is that it's right across the street from Club Paraw if you are into nightlife.
It's in Station 1 so it's a good 15 mins walk down to Station 2.
Restaurant Tip:
I liked the food at Tito's, Lemon Cafe, and Cyma

great location cosy hotel
minute walk to the beach and not too crowded

the aircondition didnt work and when we call them around midnight they send someone to fix it but didn't really fix so we end up using the fan. next day they fix it and something was majorly wrong and it work for an hour or 2 then its gone and completely not working. for the price paid for it i am not really happy sleeping in a room where its like being in the oven..

we arrived at hotel around noon, lunch ordered and served, front desk personnel very prompt in helping us settle down, great service but the food was only mediocre. room allocated to us was the first room on the ground floor,right in front of reception and only a few feet away from the swimming pool, quite noisy especially when kids were playing around. request for change of room was turned down. rooms were leaking when rain and there are water from the air con seeping down in the room. needs to request help to dry up room on 3 occassions during the 3 days stay.breakfast on day 2, ran out of fruits. breakfast day 3, ran out of bacon, what a joke.good for hotel to provide beach towels and especially umbrellas which comes in really handy during the 3 days of rain and thunderstorm...but the umbrellas quality is so bad that not only it can't block the rain but was flip flopping when there was slight wind blowing. just imagine the 3 days when we had to go thru heavy rain and strong winds...really bad publicity for bbc especially when the umbrellas snaps with the boracay beach club logo in front. umbrellas provided by other establishment seems ok...

Great hotel service for the price you pay

Me and my friend stayed just 4 days at this hotel but the service was fantastic. Sorry to say the little details was not. The cleaning was under below standard i would say but for the price you paid it was more than ok.
At the time we were there they was renovating the beash bar so that was not so great at all listening to all the work while having som sun.
Travel tip:
For just having fun and enjoying the nightlife and some beach tis hotel is okay+ i will say 4 out of 5

Hotel with Beachfront access and really cozy!

We stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel staff has arranged an airport transfers for me and my 3 other companions. We were well looked after from the airport to our rooms. We were greeted with welcome drinks, a quick briefing of the hotel amenities.
The girls at the front office, waiters and barman Nestor made the best cocktails!
A farewell gift was given to us upon checking out.
The swimming pool area is very nice although small, it's good for a quick swim after the beach.
Overall, this hotel is highly recommended of its location, cleanliness of the rooms,customer service and value for money. Don't expect a 5 star treatment for this hotel as you're paying for a 3-4 star. I'll definitely come back!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shop around for the water activities as you'll find cheaper prices. ie. Helmet Diving/Sailing
Tricycles are asking for 60 pesos one way. don't pay more.
Obama's Grill and Jony's fruit shakes and mexican restaurant is a must go and eat place.

The check-in was seamless, staff very accommodating. Breakfast is okay and location. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms could be better with a bidet and toothbrush kit.

i stayed in boracay beach club this july and had a time of my life. having breakfast by the beach in the morning hearing the waves splashing was just amazing.
room was huge and clean with 2 king sized bed. price was extremely reasonable as well.
the hotel staff were nothing but polite and amazing. before we went off, the hotel owner (a lady), even came out to pass us bottles of water and local mangoes and wished us to have a good trip and invited us to stay with them the next time if we visit boracay again... definitely for me!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk from the beach front to the main shopping area. It's a ten minutes walk but it's breathtaking sea view! :D

it might be a small 3 stars hotel but service and location was simply 5 stars! i've stayed in other 5 stars hotel in boracay but nothing compares to my stay this time at the bbc. coulnd't ask for more!!!
