Nice hotel close enough to everything to do here

I really liked our stay here, although we spent most our time at Kasbar (10min walk) because it was a more lively venue. We always came back to a very clean room and always welcomed by the security staff, which at night make you feel safer (I think 3 on duty). A couple of negatives were the shower was pretty weak and the beds hard but hard beds are pretty much common everywhere in Asia, even at 5* hotels. I probably would try another place closer to where we hanged out each day but can't really fault this place. The pool is nice also but you lose the sun around 3pm, but when you have 1 of the most amazing beaches in the world you should not be wasting your time by the pool anyway.

Huge disappointment except location

No balcony or ocean view as they promissed. Tiny window with dirty view of some local residents roof with pile of garbage. On top of it, daily 5am wake up calls from roosters and other guests slamming the door all night long. Hotel claim as non-smoking hotel but they allow guests to smoke pretty much everywhere include hall way, entrace way, restaurants, pool/beach side, etc. Room is dark and bathroom is very tiny. It is not worse for the price we paid, should be half. Only good thing about this hotel is location. Closer to the beach (accross busy high-way but friendly security staff will help you)and walking distance to the D-mall.

After reading reviews, I felt confident in booking this hotel. After my stay here, I really don't understand what the hype is about. This property is pretty out dated with it's room fixtures, dark rooms, and plumbing issues with the sink.
Plus side is that it's right across the street from Club Paraw if you are into nightlife.
It's in Station 1 so it's a good 15 mins walk down to Station 2.
Restaurant Tip:
I liked the food at Tito's, Lemon Cafe, and Cyma

We were really impressed with our short stay at the BBC. The staff were extremely friendly and we were welcomed with drinks and fresh towels after a hot day of travelling. We wanted to stay for more nights, but unfortunately they were full at the time. A great thing to do from BBC was a trip to Ariel's Point (cliff jumping) which being a hotel guest got you a discounted rate. The only negative was slightly poor service for breakfast down at the beach restaurant (Ariel's Point) which was linked to the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ariel's Point day trip is really worthwhile especially for young couples and singles. Great day out!

If you want the best sunset in Boracay,the hotel has it. Pro active staff and super helpful. If you don't want to cross a street to get to your hotel,this hotel isn't for you. Room a little old for me but their service makes up for it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Definitely try Ariel's point. If you book in Boracay Beach Club you'll have a big discount.

The hotel was nice, good proximity to beach (we thought it was right on beach, but just across the street) , the only downside was the internet did not work very well and we had business to do so that was very frustrating but other than that was a nice stay!
