Hi, Location of Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel is great so are their rooms but unfortunately the staff are not friendly, they dont smile and their service is very very bad. We just dont want to ruin our vacation that is why we didnt even bother to look at them.Whenever you asked them for example towels, it took them more than two (2) hours to deliver it to the room (with matching follow up thru phones of course).They dont even know how to apologize.
We have been to boracay several times and we always stay in the regency. This is the first time we stayed in Boracay Mandarin but for sure there will be no next time and I would not recommend it to my friends and families.
Regency is still the best when it comes to service and place.

Me and my friends have tried lots of hotels for our annual boracay trip. I can say, Boracay Mandarin is one of the best boracay hotels -- great beachfront location, near the restaurants & bars and definitely value for money. Rooms are spacious. The deluxe room can comfortably fit 3 or even 4 people. Service is nice. Will definitely stay there again next year!

Had the best part of my vacation at Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel. I'm highly recommending it and will definitely comeback given the chance. Free internet, friendly and very helpful staff made our stay pleasant. The breakfast is ok and can be better with more variety. My favorite is the house bands that are the best on the island. They play all kinds of music for over 5 hours every night. Hotel is located in the heart of everything that you'll ever need. Price point is very affordable and worth every penny.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When approached by locals for island attractions and activities, do not settle for the asking price. Start your bargaining at 1/3 of the listed price and do not go over 1/2. If they won't budge keep walking and talk to the next person. This also applies when you purchase at the sidewalk vendors or local stores. Remember bargaining is part of the experience.

The Boracay Mandarian Hotel was in a great location along the beach. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. I had a joint room with my other travlers. The only con to this hotel was in the pictures all rooms face the pool, but ours faced the side on the hotel. We only had a view of a wall 1 meter away from our balcony.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mandarin specially my 5 year old son as he had the beach or swimmingpool to choose from - he swam in both every day during our stay.

Great location on the white sand beach. Gelato conveniently located inside hotel. Nice breakfast but instant juices. Fresh squeezed juices are a premium. Can be noisy until band stops around midnight.

i had requested a triple bed room but this information never reached the hotel. their deluxe sea-view requires some imagination. the hotel is located centrally in station 2, on the beachfront.
breakfast was included, buffet style. perfectly pleasant and room cleaned and maintained well.
