the hotel still need to be update. We booked for a double bed but end up been give two single, got asked to move the next morning but given another room with the same layout but the two single bed put together. Room was ok, a little be dark and old but the services had make up for it. House keeping was twice a day which was fantastic!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
all water sports activities are so cheap. Must not leave until you done all the fun activities! Don't be affair to make a deal. They are really nice and friendly people and also up for a joke. We are there for my mother in law 50th b'day and travelling altogether was 8 adults. We made a deal with one of the activities tour guy there for Go-carting, Quart bike, Buggy drive around, Jet skiing, Flying fish, Scuba diving, snorkeling and island hopping for a full day including lunch. All of this come to just under $200 per person and it took us 3 full days to complete it all. We all had the best time!!!

Location is great! It's like a two seconds walk to the beach. The hotel has three pools and there's a bar at one of the pools where you can sit in the water and have your drinks, it's great.
Service is ok, nothing to shout about. The hotel Is huge. We got superior rm n were told that the superior rms are only in one block. It sounds good right staying in a superior em. Well our balcony is just a wall. It's not even a balcony, u just open the door n face a wall. I do not understand what that area is for. There were plenty of rooms facing the pool and those on the ground floor allows u to open your back door n walk right into the pool. I guess we paid more to see a wall instead.
Anyway.. Security isn't great but we didn't get anything stolen or anything. So don't worry. A guy who was trying to get us to go parasailing (there are plenty of them along the beach so beware) he was able to ambush us within the hotel premises to promote the water sports. I wasn't too happy about that.
Overall it's a pretty good hotel and I would definitely stay there again if I were to go back
