Big Chain Hotel with very nice pools
Next to the beach, nice pools, good buffet, good drinks

The rooms are very nice, well cleaned and organized. The amenities are as much as one can wish for. The staff is polite.
Shopping Tip:
D-Mall is five minutes walking and you can find nice souvenirs and restaurants in ther. Try the Spanish,Mexican,Cuban one the has a great Paella.

everytime i go to boracay, this is where i stay. this hotel is perfect for me. <3 i so love boracay regency that i even recommend this to everyone whose planning to go to boracay. great value for money, indeed. i love the ambiance, their modern designs most especially the swimming pool with jacuzzi and bar, it's perfect! :)
overall, i can say that boracay regency is perfect! except for the hotel staff in the lobby area, they're not so friendly. they should welcome their guests with a big smile on their face. also, room 141 seems like an old hotel room (not that old but not that new). please maintain the quality of your hotel rooms. we chose the family room (connecting room) during our first stay and it's perfect! :) i just hope you will maintain room 141 like that.
also, we just hope that in the near future, your wifi is free! not just in hotel lobby area but in the whole hotel area! thank you. :)
Restaurant Tip:
Try d'Talipapa cooking (paluto) service. They cook very delicious seafood that is cheap. They also provide good service. I super love it! :)

OK hotel with poor service
Pros: lobby is beautiful and updated, great swimming pool(s) especially the one with the bar in the middle. Great laundry service. VIP lounge a must. The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of station 2. Hotel has designated beach area with their own cabanas/lounge chairs which is convenient. Also they have their own boat! This made the hotel worth it just because once you land in Caticlan, they will meet you at the airport, load you into their own van, then take you to their speed boat. You don't have to ride one of the ferry boats like everyone else. After a long trip, this will make your day!

The cleanliness of the rooms is just satisfactory, I think mostly because they are old rooms to begin with. The breakfast buffet is like a zoo...SO many people, not enough seats. We had to be asked to go into an indoor restaurant next to the the Sea Breeze Cafe because all seats were taken. The buffet food inside this restaurant ran out and we had to constantly go outside for food. Very inconvenient.
As far as service goes, the receptionist at the front desk made two errors on our final bill which was frustrating. So my advice is to double check/triple check your bill prior to check out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a tricycle for 1-2 hours to go on a city tour. Boracay is a small island so totally worth it.

at the reception, the staffs are corteous and very professional in their manners, prompt, and fast check -in process.auxillary staff are friendly and acted very fast when i complaint about the toilet exhaust which is not working, it was fixed right away!!, amenities are lovely, good varieties of food,rooms are well appointed and up to standards,it is worth spending and staying in a great location

Boracay Regency Beach Resort is located near the end of th St.1, which is excellent for those who seek for relatively quiet and peaceful, beautiful beach. Set set view was amazing at the shore near the hotel. Compared to the area around the D mall, the resort area is quiet and tidy.
Staffs are very friendly. Pools and restaurant inside the resort are so so.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I think there's no need to choose breakfast buffet option, since near D-mall there are so many excellent cafes and restaurants offering brunch menus at very reasonable price. I would try those cafes instead of resort buffet if I go to boracay again.

We were upgraded from superior room unfortunately the room was very near the beach were the weekend parties are going on. . Nice hotel but be sure to get a room away from the beach if you want less noise.
