Everything about the hotel was nice except for 3 minor things: 1. The shower area has no door resulting in a wet toilet area floor after a nice hot shower. 2. There were no cotton buds included in the grooming kit. 3. I had to print a copy of my ID since I lost my wallet, they charged me Php 50 for a crappy printout of the file.

The design is new, but there are clear signs of wear and tear--the paint on the wall was chipping, the bathroom seemed outdated, the in-room safe was malfunctioning, etc. But these are small details that did not ruin our hotel experience. The staff is excellent--very attentive and provides excellent service. From airport pick up, daily breakfast to check out..the staff is the main asset of this resort. The location is perfect, as well. It's situated perfectly at Station 1, where we enjoyed a quieter and more beautiful beach but it was still close to the bars and restaurants.

Close to the street but you don't need to worry abou the noise from the night club. Just a few mins walk from the bar so still very quite at night.

There is nothin I could fault and they exceeded my expectations completely. I will be definitely coming back :)

I would give them only 1 star. We had presidenticla siute which was on a ground floor beside swimming pool, thereore we did not had any privacy as people all the time where makig noice. In addition the room was prety wout. After shower you would have bad smell in the bathroom.

Couples Philippines, March 11, 2013	Accommodating staff, amazing experience Accommodating and friendly staff, great location, good food 9.3 Planned an engagement proposal at their 2nd level Cabana after booking a Superior Room. They let us stay and set up the cabana with production design and styling, and we used it for 2 days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they would tend to all our requests in the cabana set up, even up until coordinating the proposal itself. The room was really nice and big. Overall a perfectly nice stay in Estacio Uno and Boracay.
