Great resort staff!

The room itself, although spacious and comfortable, wasn't perfect. The design is new, but there are clear signs of wear and tear--the paint on the wall was chipping, the bathroom seemed outdated, the in-room safe was malfunctioning, etc. But these are small details that did not ruin our hotel experience. The staff is excellent--very attentive and provides excellent service. From airport pick up, daily breakfast to check out..the staff is the main asset of this resort. The location is perfect, as well. It's situated perfectly at Station 1, where we enjoyed a quieter and more beautiful beach but it was still close to the bars and restaurants.

Hotel locates on the perfect spot of the beach.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot right on the beach. Close to the street but you don't need to worry abou the noise from the night club. Just a few mins walk from the bar so still very quite at night.

-Hotel located at beachfront
-Atmosphere is good especially after dark

-Friendly service but not professional at all
-Umbrella in rust condition
-Bolt lock at room were missing. asked for repair but never get down
-When bell boy found safety box were lock. Just went somewhere get a key and open it. Totally unbelievable. A best demonstrate of no management of security procedure in place
-Room still use traditional key and it attached with "old hotel name tag" on it(Waling-Waling)
-Hotel state it was newly renovated but some facilities at room were outdated.
-Lots Fly playing with you during breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Forget about hotel and service etc. You are here for beach.

This hotel is very convenient to the beach and you can enjoy your breakfast by watching the sea view, it's really relax. The most facilities are included in the price except the massage. Overall is more than good.

There is nothing to complain at this hotel (except the food was average)
We spent 2nights at Estacio Uno. The room was unexpected more than good and spacious with Jacuzzi, separated bathroom, hotel offers free beach towel, beach chair (hv to book in advance).
The crystal-clear water beach is just in front of you while you're having breakfast. (You can't imagine how amazing is)The staffs are so nice! You can book the transfer to kalibo airport, they will make sure you won't miss your flight!

This was my third visit to Estacio Uno in the past year. This time I stayed for four nights and five days. All the rooms have been renovated, and everything is new. The breakfast is delicious, with the yummiest bacon I've ever had in a hotel. Because we booked through Agoda, we were also given complimentary dinner every night. This too was superb, with a vast array of dishes at the buffet. Service is excellent -- very friendly and helpful staff who remember us from our last visit.
