Rather an old hotel but location to beaches super
Easily accessible to the beaches , wet market etc. Staff are marvellous & helpful.

hotel needs some renovation. nevertheless we had a pleasant stay here. more to somesort of family hotel. seems to be always full house cos can find mostly families with children staying.
b'fast that was included are simple & average. however eateries are plentiful in boracay. beaches are certainly clean & awesome & for those beach lovers its heaven.
Travel tip:
Boracay is a must visit island for those who love beaches,though the journey there can be tiring ( by air, by road-2 hrs & by ferry b4 we could be there)

Great location, budget friendly hotel
Near d'mall, courteous and nice staff

-way going in to the entrance of the hotel is scary
-there are scary bystanders outside the hotel so you might be concious when you ngo out/come in just wearing your bikini
-the alley going in to the entrance stink, i think it's near a trash bin
Shopping Tip:
Very near wet market, you may buy your food there and have it cooked by fat jimmy's staff
