Couples Philippines, May 06, 2013	Uncomfortable stay, couldve done better else where close to dmall (restos/shopping), fairly close to the beach, near bars (epic, uptown) 3.7 It was my second time staying at Hey Jude Boracay, the first was average but the last one (Labor day weekend 2013) made me decide it's not worth my money and I'm never staying there again. Firstly, room service was very poor. The schedule they have for room cleaning is 6am-9pm, I requested to have our room cleaned 630am, so when I go back by lunch time, the room would have been cleaned and the towels replaced. But they weren't. Secondly, the Air-conditioning needed maintenance since it wasn't cooling the room well. Despite several calls to the front desk, no one came to check up on it. Thirdly, the balcony door lock seemed broken, we didn't feel safe for our things. Fourth, the wi-fi connection was inconsistent, as if it was being turned off every so often through out the day. And finally, the staff made us felt as if they're being forced to work there, no sense of hospitality nor that "happy-to-serve-you" attitude. I do hope our last stay there is an isolated case; if you've booked here, I wish you luck. :)
