Great location and room was worth the price

my best friend and i stayed at le solleil during off season. we got a premier room for a great bargain. the room was spacious for two people. our room did not have a view of the beach, but had a view of the pool.
the hotel is near a lot of bars and other reviews have complained about the noise. with the door to the balcony closed, we do hear heavy bass and music but it is faint.
when we got there, the shower smelled bad and the stall was full of sand. we had to ask the front desk to clean it. they were very helpful and understanding about it and made sure it was done.
my only problem is that the "free wifi" is so limited. technically, there is only free wifi in the lobby of the hotel (which is not air conditioned during our stay and was full of insects) and by the pool area. since our room was right by the pool, i managed to get a weak signal to use the internet from my room.

Aging hotel, unfriendly, don't trust the photos

Quite disappointed with the hotel, was expecting much more as the price is on the high note for Boracay. The rooms are old, smelly, and small.
The security guard was extremely rude when I brought my wife friend to our room for a drink.
He rudely asked for an id, and refused entry, telling us that there are visiting hours to respect (feels like an hospital door policy).
Extremely weird situation for Boracay where most people are welcoming, party goers and highly helpful.
Will never stay there again, the price is to high for a very uncomfortable stay. The pool was dirty and the all hotel is in serious need of renovation.
Nightlife Tip:
The one and only EPIC club made our evenings fun and steamy.

the staffs are very helpful and fast in attending to our queries (like extra towels and umbrella) like the welcome drink alot! special and nice, suits the holiday mood! location is also good, near to dmall, just that the little vehicles doesnt stop right outside the hotel so you have to walk from dmall each time. and limited wifi connection. breakfast is good enough, with the price u pay!
Nightlife Tip:
must visit bars and clubs at night! there's this place, 15shots! try them!

great location but service not good

first at all ... I booked two premier rooms and each room has two queen size beds and can stay 4 persons in a room.So we check in 5 adults and 3 kids.
but the lady of the front desk insist only the adults can get breakfast coupons...so we have to pay the breakfast for the elder kid which is 9 yos.
and there is no wifi inside the room,only available in the lobby or pool side.
When we check out...same lady of the front desk told me the welcome drink in the room are chargeable.
so u have to pay the two bottle drinking water in the room which have hotel's logo printed on it. And I also complained that there is no any price list in the room.
And I never saw a hotel charge the welcome drink in the room.
Although the price is not that kind of expensive (triple price),but sucks !

部屋からの景色は期待しすぎて、少し残念でしたが、部屋内はきれいで、いい感じのお部屋だったので、二泊を快適に過ごせました。
ロケーションも良いので、次回も利用したいです。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
今回は幼児を二人連れての旅行でボラカイ島のホテルまでの移動が大変でした、荷物も多いので、トライシクルではなく、タクシーのような車での移動がとても便利でした、雨もよく降る時期だったので、車でよかった。
同行者はホテルを事前予約せずに行き、当日宿泊ホテルがどこもいっぱいで、ホテル探しに苦戦していました。事前予約は必須です。

the only cons i see in this hotel is the arrival because we had to walk and carry our bags from regency to the hotel, it wasnt a good experience for me especially i was carrying a lot of baggage since we bought our 11 month old baby with us. but when we get to the hotel the staffs welcomed us with drinks and able to give us our rooms as soon as we arrived.
