the location of the inn is easily accessible to the beach and to d'talipapa, a major shopping/dining area. the room and bath room are clean; the host and hostess are friendly.
Shopping Tip:
It's right in front of D'Talipapa. The shops are supposedly cheaper than D'Mall. There is a sea food market where you can buy fresh sea food and have them cooked in nearby restaurants.

very good hotel for those, who want to spend only nights in hotel. simple, but good and clean rooms with air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv. Shower with hot water. Cold and hot water from cooler in hall. If you want, you can use their kitchen for cooking (only you have to pay 200 or 300 peso for using gas)Hotel is good for people, which most of all like position quality/price. I think is one of the best cheap and simple hotels and somewhere in Europe it could have his 3* rate. Thanks a lot to all stuff! I will miss them too)

You get what you pay for
Cheap, clean rooms, 5 min walk from the beach

cheap hotel with very little service. nice rooms, but very small bathrooms. a kitchen is available upstairs. sometimes there is unpleasant smell outside because of proximity to seafood market. 5 min walk to the beach along a small street. staff need to be asked to clean the room or put toilet paper in the bathroom. this place is a good alternative for inexpensive stay if you do not have hight requirements.
Restaurant Tip:
The place in located next to d'talipapa market where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood. Around the market there are many little restaurants that will cook the seafood that you buy for you.
