The hotel arranges round-trip land and boat transfers from Caticlan only. Please note that guests are required to provide their flight details at least 3 days prior to arrival by email to Agoda Customer Service at cs@agoda.com
One way transfers from Kalibo can be arranged at US$80 per villa. For arrivals to Caticlan after 5:30PM and Kalibo after 4:00PM, an additional night navigation rate of US$25 per villa applies. Prices are for single and double occupancy only. A third person must pay a supplement of US$40 which also includes breakfast.

Good except for mosquitoes

Desperately needs to do fogging to get rid of mosquitoes, because they are swarming everywhere from the moment you step into the reception area until your bedroom. Hence we needed to take extra precautions to make sure mosquitoes don't get into the room. Some of the plug points in the room were also old and faulty. There are also many random noises at night, either due to bugs or lizards or animals or coconuts or anything else in any usual creepy forest, but if you like that kind of thing then good for you... lol
Otherwise, customer service is excellent, Spa is excellent, breakfast is decent.

My wonderful stay in Mandala
Comfortable bed, great room design and attentive friendly staff

I am extremely happy with this hotel.... I am a traveller that go around the world,and this made is one of my best experience. I missed the comfortable bed, and the wonderful surrounding. The Spa was wonderful also.
Only thing need to improve is the toiletries bottle need better quality bottle
