Beautiful views...
Great service and pleasant staff

Nice, quiet and very friendly staff. Off the main strip but free van rides leaving the suites to the main beach (mall D) frequently. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

overall it is a nice stay in Monaco Suites, good service, nice breakfast, convenient transportation to the downtown, great view of the blue sea, beautiful swimming pool. There are two points which is not so satisfying: facilities in the room looks out of date and you even could smell it and the wind at the bacony is too strong all the time.

Hotel with big room and good views

This is our second hotel in Boracay after Sea Wind.
We had a 3 nights stay.
The hotel room is very big with 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is facing east to sea with very good view.
The disadvantages for your people is its location, a little bit far from D'Mall and its private beach. Everytime you need take a shuttle bus. But if you like a peaceful stay, it is a good choice.

They provided a packed breakfast as we are taking a morning flight in Kalibo.

Great location but a little expensive

This hotel is at very beautiful location. It has very good view from hotel room. We rent a one bedroom. The space is large. The kitchen is very beautiful but the cooking tool is not very easy to cook. The swimming pool is pretty. Breakfast quality can be improved.

the hotel is very well located, if you look for quietness and and has a beautifull view; but it's far from the white beach, altough they have a free transfer at any time you need. this part of the island is more windy and there´s no beach near the hotel. but if you want to stay in a nice, quiet place, with big family rooms ans a big, big balcony, it´s ok. the staff is very friendly and, overall, it'a a good choice. the brakfeast it's reasonable, could be better for the price.

Great hotel on the quiet side of the island

Every room had a large balcony and amazing views of the water. Only downside was the hotel is on the quieter side of the island and you had to ride the hotel shuttle to get to the other side where you found the White Beach and all the attractions. If you want peace and quiet then this is the hotel for you, if you want bars and nightlife then stay on the other side of the island.

huge and empty

the room was spacious but kind of old-fashioned.
it's like a huge mansion, but almost empty and creepy at night.
the swimming pool looked good, but the water was way too cold to play in even in day time in summer.
the staff was trying to be kind and helpful
but when we were checking out, they tried to charge us for something we didn't even touch in the snack bar.
(they were like " we found this empty bottle in your trash can")
So be alert and pay attention to how much deposit you are getting back!

great place to stay

we stayed for 2.5 days, and loved it here...
larger lounge, and separate kitchen areas...beautiful large balconies...good size bedrooms, and spacious washrooms (i wish they had had a tub as well as shower).
restaurant was pleasant, although food was average for us...
free shuttle bus made it so easy to get dropped off at the d mall (station 2) and explore the shops, and wonder onto the beautiful boracay beach...
if you wanted to stay later than the shuttles ran (midnight), then the local taxi bikes were only 150 p back, so it was a win win...
loved it here, and would be back at the drop of a hat!
pool and jacuzzi rely on the heat of the day for their warmth, so we ended up jumping off the private beach jetty of the hotel and enjoying the sea until later in the day :-)
in summary i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be far enough from the stations to have peace, but close enough to be in the action when you wanted it! eat out at the mass of restaurants and bars on white beach and its a perfect stay!
my 2nd favourite hotel in my recent visits (panglao bluewater was idyllic)...
