generally good but the pick-up service from the hotel isn't good. there is no set time table for the pick-up service. although they said it's on request... but they normally waited for more customers.... they should have a timetable for it.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it. It was in a really nice area if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Away from the main restaurant and bar area, though still within walking distance along the beach. The staff were very attentive and friendly the whole time. They have some delicious cocktails, and was always easy to get room service. The restaurant had good food, though it lacked 'atmosphere', generally no music was playing. The bamboo elevator was fun and adds to the charm of the place.
We had a beautiful ocean view from our room and the jacuzzi was great! We used it each night and the staff set it all up for us with candles and bubbles. Had a great time and it was perfect for a relaxing romantic getaway.

The hotel and rooms are looking a little tired in places, which in some ways like the old elevator adds to the character but then would you rate as four star! But certainly enjoyed our stay and would go back. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
