Almost perfect
Good service, good price, almost near the beach

good value hotel in a pretty good location, but it is not beach front, nor is there convenient beach access. beach access is either via a small winding alley that may not be comfortable for a couple or family to walk through at night (especially foreigners), or out to the main road and through d'mall.
service is excellent. their airport transfer (caticlan) is worth every peso.
unfortunately, they don't seem to be keeping up with the maintenance. water leaks, an "extra" window sitting on our balcony that seemed forgotten, upholstered furniture was worn...

Very nice and clean hotel
near white beach, grocery stores, wet market; complete kitchen facilities, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom/cr

i stayed with friends last oct.26-28. there were 6 of us. we arrived early at around 8am in the morning. but it didin't matter to us that much since we toured station2's grocery stores and the d'mall. we came back at the hotel around 11am, luckily an early check-out from one of their guest was done so we were able to checkin earlier than 2pm. the receptionist was very accommodating and the staff as well. we stayed at 2br-condo style unit. it was clean and complete with all the kitchen facilities, as we wanted to cook our own food during our stay. the 2 rooms are at the 2nd floor and have a common bathroom/cr and another one downstairs. both rooms are medium sized, enough to sleep 3-4 guests in each room. the bathrooms are also clean and spacious. the kitchen facilities are also complete from 4 burner stove, microwave oven, mini-ref, cooking utensils and pots to chopping boards a, knives and dining utensils. when it comes to security, the unit is also well-equipped. aside from the 24hr. security for the whole resort, each unit is equipped with a keycard for the door and for the electronics to work you have slide down the card. for us that's a plus point for security. overall, we had a very fun nice stay at the resort, no hassles on going around the island or looking somewhere to eat out or atms or simply do groceries. everything you need is very near. i'd definitely book again with this resort, maybe try their villa units

2nd morning, the water stopped running in our room, so we were late to hopping tour.
and there were a lot of ants everywhere, we were bitten many times.
Overall it's good hotel, but if i visit boracay again im gonna stay becahfront hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you're not afraid of water, must do! scuba diving!

The hotel is really nice where it has 2 bedroom upstairs and 2 bathroom, one upstair and one downstair. It has a small kitchen and has a pool too. Staff where efficient and friendly.

The hotel is very lovely. It has 2 bedroom which is perfect for a group of 4 persons. It is clean. It has also a small pool outside. Although the hotel is having a renovation when we visit that hotel. But, overall everything is very good.

nice hotel with 2 level, kitchen and living room in the first floor, and two bed room in the second floor, one toilet per floor which is very convinient. although a little bit small, lovely place. Little bit far from the beach, but can have few mins walk go throught Dmall to beach

our stay at nirvana beach resort was amazing. we could not have asked for more fron a hotel. the furnishings were quaint and the rooms spacious. the restrooms were also clean and larger than expected. we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay two nights with the hotel.
the location is not as close as some of the other resorts but it was still close enough to the beach. it is on the main road though so you can get a tricycle very fast if you needed to get to another place on the island. it is also close to d mall which is where most of the restaurants and souvenier shops are located.
the only negative was that there were so many mosquitos and ants but thats something you would find at most other places as well.

Rooms are a little bit small but the 2 br condo style unit offers privacy if you would rather not share the room with a friend or another couple. Convenient to dmall, the beach and even talipapa/local market(although I would recommend to take the trike going there).
Nightlife Tip:
Take the trike heading back to the hotel after a night of partying at cocomangas or guilly's island.

as we arrive in this hotel, the receptionist was courteous and very accomodating. she said the unit is available but the keys are accidentally lost by the previous tenant. we were escorted to the unit and assured that our things will be secured if we decided to go out and explore boracay. the unit is a 3 storey service apartment complete with our own kitchen, dining and living rooms. the best part is the beds are very comfortable and cozy to sleep in. it's very spacious and clean! there's no breakfast provided but we don't mind as there are a lot of places to eat around the area. we can also cook our own food as the kitchen have complete tools, we just bought some supplies from the near d'mall market. there's no beachfront view but you can just walk few minutes and savor the beach. the location is good as we're far enough from the noise at night and near enough to get to the beach in no time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must book your tourist guide in advance as there are alot of tourist traps in the area. Be smart on choosing your guide to get good deals.

I stayed at the 2 bedroom condo in this hotel. It really suited for a family to stay here. When I came here with friends, it was also good but we dont use the kitchen. The location is impressive which is very near to d'mall and centrally located in the island. The staff is very kind and nice. I will definitely considering this resort if I come to Boracay the next time.
