Lovely hotel on quietest part of White Beach
The location on the quietest and most picturesque part of white beach, the large comfortable rooms, breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the ocean!

A nice boutiquey style hotel at the end of station 1. Although not technically right on the beach, it is a mere few metres walk and you can use the beach loungers of the next door hotel as long as you purchase a drink or two. We loved the location away from the craziness of station 2, but still within a 15 min stroll along the beach to all the action. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and nicely designed, we had a deluxe which had a view of the beach and ocean beyond. Breakfast was good and varied, and served on their rooftop terrace with an incredible view - a great start to the day! The staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transport to other parts of the island by tuk tuk. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Comfortable Hotel
Punta Rosa was a nice hotel to stay in. Because it is situated a little far from the busiest part of Boracay, you will feel secluded and relaxed but can easily access the beach by a very short walk.

Ok hotel, poor location; great roof top breakfast

It was ok. I guess it's what you pay for.. The location is in the far north of station1. It's very close to residential homes and its a bit sketchy at night. We had the room right next to the front desk which have me a small sense of security. The window in the bathroom doesn't close all of the way so every night and morning I would spray mosquito repellent. Breakfast that's included was made to order which always tasted wonderful. AC wasnt powerful so it would get hot at times.

Great hotel in a peaceful location

Our stay at the Punta Rosa hotel was unfortunately spoiled by my wife being struck down with a bug (nothing to do with the hotel) which meant she was bed ridden for the week. However the staff did everything they could to help us out. They arranged visits from the doctor, brought breakfast to the room, cleaned at a time to suit us, arranged takeaways etc. We really couldn't praise the staff enough.
The room itself was nice and big, the bed was comfortable, air con worked well and there was a fridge which was a big plus. The hotel is located right at the end of the beach at Boat Station 1 so it is nice and quiet. It's probably a 20 min walk to the main bars and restaurants at Boat Station 2, or a 5 min walk to the highly recommended Diniwid beach.

Pleasant stay overall
Large and spacious rooms and bathroom, great view from rooftop breakfast area, got in some exercise climbing all the steps!

Only downside was weak or zero wifi access as we were given a room that faces away from main hotel reception. Fair amount of stair climbing, which helped burn off some calories from the good food and great fruit smoothies.

Never regret staying in this hotel. Was slightly disappointed with Boracay due to the condition of the sea... It was manifested with seaweeds/algae? But the sea right in front of the hotel was perfect. If you want to walk to Dmall for dinner, better leave the hotel before 7pm. Else, you'll be walking in the water cos the high tides will cover up the beach near the hotel.
The manager at the reception was very helpful & efficient. Youre able to borrow DVDs for free at the reception too.
The room was spacious and fantastic. There's wireless. Fridge. Great service. Overall. Happy stay!
