Probably better than other hotels in Boracay.

when i arrived i thought subak house was a clean hotel. my bedroom looked really clean. however, subak house is a family ran business and the owner should supervise more carefully her employees. for example, one day i drop the soup on the shower and the person in charge of maintenance didn't throw it away (she put it back so i could use it again). another day i left my room at 7:30am to take pictures and went back at 2pm. nobody had cleaned my room because they thought i was still sleeping. anyways, i decided to take a nap and left the room at 4:30pm. when i went back (9pm) my bedroom have never done.
other problem is that subak house is opposite side of white beach. is not that far (only 10 to 15 min walk). the problem is that the streets are in bad conditions around that area (and water concentrates and makes it hard to go throw, especially if it had rained).
there is another beach 2 min away from subak house but this is not a beach to swim because it is just a dump. anyways, if you want to windsurf (in the dump) then that's where you want to go.
i have to say that given prices in boracay, subak house may be a good option, especially for families or couples (room is big). i think the owner is a very nice person but she needs to put more effort running her hotel (e.g., put hangers in the bathroom door, put hangers in the main door...).
other hotels in white beach (stations 2 and 3) may have their own problems (noise). i think subak house may be a good option.

Over all the hotel was good! the value for money was excellent.. my expectation was satisfied with what i get or even more.. the location of the hotel is good for sports like wind surfing.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you are on a tight budget, you can use their kitchen in the rooftop for free.

Owner seems to be Korean was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
Surroundings are not very nice and need to walk to White beach.
Interior is too simple. WiFi signal was a way to week.

the house is located on the windy side of the island, but that is no problem
the beach on that side is nice fore windsurfers
it is very easy to approach if you know were to look the house is
the distance to shops, mall, market and the other side of the island is very short thus very fine

when you go there you have to know the right address, because of the name is the house is the house hardly to find

非常愉快的經驗!前、後都有沙灘步行十五分鐘以內就可以到達十分方便，房間很乾淨、服務人員也很親切，價格也十分合理!下次如有機會在到長灘島玩，還會在入住。但房東是韓國人，所以需具備基本的英文會話或是韓文哦 ，晚上回飯店比較暗~但還算安全。

房間十分大, 離dmall 5分鐘路程,都挺方便。
酒店應是韓國人開的, staff 都十分有禮, 我們走的時候還主動問我們是否需要tricycle

부엌이 없는 방에서 묵었는데 숙소가 깔끔하고 직원들이 참 친절합니다. 큰 도로에서 깊이 들어가있어 조용하구요. 욕실 슬리퍼도 있어 좋았어요. 바닷가 바로 앞은 아니라서 1층 숙소에서의 전망은 옆집들만 보여요.. 4층 공동 부엌에서 밥 해먹었는데 시설도 괜찮아요. 전기밥솥이 없어 냄비에 밥 했는데 태웠어요.. 다음엔 부엌이 딸린 방에서 묵고 싶네요.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
디몰서 들어오는 골목길 공사를 해서 이동하기 참 불편했어요 질컥거려서..
