this hotel has great location, friendly, accommodating and outstanding staff. the room is very spacious but the bed is ot really queen sized, slightly smaller and very hard on the back. kitchen available for late night orders and drinks are reasonably priced. buffet breakfast is so so.
overall, good value for money.

The beachfront hotel is located at station 1, which is just a stone throw away from the crystal clear sea.
The white sandy beach make you just want relax at the beach and breath in the fresh air! Along with a beer during happy hours which is from 3-8pm.
It might be a bit further from Station 2, which is where all the happenings are, but the daily walk along the beach to get to station 2 is worth it, given the picture perfect view I get.
Station 1 is definitely the place to stay in. Sur hotel is one of the most affordable one on the stretch! The service staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast is not fantastic but still acceptable!

Beautiful beach just at the hotel door step!

we probably stay in sur hotel 90% of our trips to boracay. we go every year, and probably have strayed from the hotel just once or twice. the rooms are clean, and the hotel has a great beachfront. the in house masseuse are great too, won't cause you an arm and a leg. the cabanas by the beach are great for lounging and for having your meals.
i'd like to suggest to add more beach umbrellas though, maybe a couple more? and the room we were in needed a bit of an upkeep, specially the bathroom, but overall it was simple and clean.

place was ok, staff quite accommodating especially the guard who makes sure we get a tricycle whenever we go to station2. bfast was so so.

Cozy hotel with good service & very good ambience

This is the second time that we stayed in this hotel. We chose to stay here again because we love the place and it offers just the right kind of amenities that we need. The rooms are a good size and they're clean. The hotel grounds are very well-maintained with a small garden. It is well worth the price that we paid and it offers a quiet atmosphere which we like as opposed to the noisier and busier hotels. It is also located in the quiet side of Boracay, which is what we prefer. Just like the first time we stayed there, our second time here in the hotel is just as memorable and relaxing.
