Great location on the quiet end of White Beach

Rooms are very basic, no frills but perfect for those who just want to relax on the beach or see the sights. Aircon stays cool, though you may want to ask for a room located in the back for those particularly hot days. The tv is tiny and bed is two single beds in the standard room which was alittle bit of a letdown but it was fine. Activities offered by the hotel were quite expensive but convenient. The coffee shop offers the perfect place to get a drink and watch the sunset. The breakfast is a bit limited but still a good value since it's free via agoda.
Laundry can't be done onsite so please keep in mind you will have to drag your laundry somewhere else, despite what it says in the information booklet.
During peak season, the location offers a bit quieter area of the beach which makes it nice but during off-peak it may just be easier to book a hotel nearer to station 2. We made the walk multiple times daily and weren't fazed by it but families with infants, small children or elderly travelers would not enjoy the constant walking to the bulk of the island's restaurants and shops near station 2. Also might not be great for those of you who are into the party scene. Making the walk while intoxicated would be unpleasant.
Restaurant Tip:
Try out Cowboy Cocina's Monday night pub quiz. We had a ton of fun since we are not big drinkers. It starts around 7pm and it literally right next door to the hotel.

We stayed here six nights. The hotel is located quite far from the busy D-Mall (Station 2) so it was a little bit of exercise every day for us to find other restaurants and fun activities. The food is great and we recommend to try some Filipinos dishes. Because of Japanese owners, the hotel also provides some great Japanese dishes. The hilight of the hotel is the Japanese style sauna and massage spa.

Room was clean, quiet with a nice shower. We did get internet in room tho it was a little spotty. Staff were extra helpful, assisted with pizza ordering, directions, packed us a breakfast when we left early....really stellar. Restaurant is only downside but there are tons nearby so it's not really an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

A very good and friendly hotel. Staff is especially helpful. Good manners and hospitality. Hotel furnitures and facilities might be a bit out of date but they provide all the small small details stuff that you would usually need in a daily routine. Just like in your own home. :) One drawback is it is located at Station 3 so its a bit far from where all the action is in Station 2. Overall, will definitely be back if you don't mind the little bit of distance and walking.

Although the weather was not the best due to a typhoon passing on north Luzon, we enjoyed our stay at Surfside Boracay. All the staff are extremely friendly and made everything to make our holiday memorable. The Japanese owners are extremly kind as well.
If you want a quieter and less crowded spot on Boracay, do not hesitate, this is the best hotel! Although not luxurious, the junior suite was cosy and offered everything you can expect from an hotel of this category with free fast internet, separate bathroom and toilet. The spacious terrace with 2 lying chairs overlooking the beach is definitively a plus. For breakfast 3 choices: Philippino, American or continental with unlimited coffee.
The food at the restaurant was so delicious that we in fact took all our meals there.
Thank you to everyonefor the pleasant stay, we will be back!

located on the quieter part of white beach, which was perfect for our needs bc we wanted a sweet getaway from the city. service was beyond expectation, great tips for attractions and excellent advice for getting home (there was a storm the last day we were there and they were helpful on getting us on a better flight back). loved the food, loved the 4 post bed, loved the staff! tip: go through hotel staff for outdoor activities, bebs is awesome

Ideal location, set on the beach. Stayed here a few times now, and would always go back. Enjoyed each time there, as the staff are very friendly, rooms are ok, and if needed, the beach is just outside the hotel.

deluxe double room is roomy with more than enough spaces for luggage and to move around. have mini fridge and tv, dvd player. good free wifi reception. drawback would be no view at all. toilet and bath has no exhaust vent, however lingering smell dissipates very fast. no in-room coffee and tea facility. no free bottled water. quite some distance to the other stations. if you are not used to walking better look for other accommodation near the other stations.
