Awesome room and views but...

I never stayed in a room like this in Boracay before but have to say I really enjoyed it. It's on the highest peak so not near the beaches but its a short ride away to d'mall and white beach. The room I had was absolutely huge! A two bedroom oceanview room was speechless.
The only setback is that this is more of a long term apartment stay rather than a hotel. Requested wake up call but probably never got it since there were no phones in the bedrooms. No one bothered to knock to check either. Great hotel none the less.

This resort has everything you could wish from a luxury boutique resort. Really unique amazing location with 360° view over the island with its beautiful beaches, luxurious and spacious rooms and appartments, the most friendly staff and that manage to make you feel a special guest.
Don't forget to visit the unique roof top terrace for an evening drink, it will provide you with unforgettable memories.

A beautiful stay in a top apartment
Large room, great design, far enough away to be out of the hoodlum, free shuttle made life very easy

Our stay here w wonderful! The breakfasts were top notch and far too much, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were top quality. The shuttle (free) makes it very doable to get from the beach to the hillside resort. If you enjoy the party scene it perhaps might get difficult to get home in a stupor, but for the adventurous this place is perfect!

suits is very clean ;kitchen is so nice just like my house arm with every kids of equipment you might need;stuff is nice;swimming pool is great;

The suits is at a high quality, postmodern decoration style,clean and comfortable,queen bed is huge,kitchen is so nice ,you can find everything you need. The home theater is great,you can borrow VCD from front desk.Swimming pool is so nice,big,water is clean and warm,music is good,you can have your breakfast besides swimming pool and watch the great ocean view.We cook the dinner ,and make a seafood hotpot.It is really good for people who wants a cozy afternoon,and also good for the honeymoon.
location is far from center beach,but they have bus every hour,until 12:00 pm
so it is not really a problem.

Our stay at Tanawin Resort (Room 5) was pleasant. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, however be sure to check whether there are fees involved with what ever service you seek.

We absolutely loved staying at the Tanawin. The staff there were so great, thoughtful, and attentive. Their breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend getting a room with breakfast. You can swap out the continental (which is great) with other options. The pool is great, with an amazing sunset view. There is a a nearly 360 degree roof top deck lounge which is great for happy hour. It is on the top of the hill, so off the beach a ways, but there is a shuttle that goes every hour from 7am - midnight. So, it is very convenient and easy to get to the beach. Great place, would most definitely recommend it!!

We stayed at(one bedroom deluxe)
-location is a little bit far away from beach and main area, but the view of hotel are excellent (on the top of moutain)
-no transportation except shuttle bus which is good service but if it operate every 30 mins will be perfect, once per hour is a little bit too long , we need to make a better time control.
-all staffs are nice especially the guy who provide breakfast.I like that guy!!!!
-room 2A located on the 2nd floor, the view from my room is not very good (partial ocean view), but i understand my room rate is cheaper, that`s why visitor needa pay more for a better view.
-breakfast are perfect, don`t be too hurry for your breakfast, having it beside the swimming pool with a golf course n coastal view is really excellent.the choices of breakfast are so good.
what the poor thing is too many insects enjoy your breaskfast as well (not a hotel`s fault)
-maintenance need to be improved. the bathtube in my room is broken, the windows beside the pool are dirty. bathroom water is too hot.....
p.s. Tanawin will not provide pick-up service if you don`t make it advance, thats why we took a motor tricycle but it is not a good choice because the air in boracay traffic road are dirty
