Not what we expected

This hotel is probably best for those who want to 'get away from it all'. It's not that great if you want to get to the beach area, as you have to pass through the mall to get there and it's like running a maze. Even after we knew the route it would take 15-20 minutes. I wouldn't (and didn't) want to do it after dark, and the neighborhood around the hotel is a bit scary.
Inside the hotel walls it's nice enough. We were greeted with ceremonial necklaces and a cool drink. This was quickly offset when we were asked to sign a threatening form stating that we would be charged for any stains on the bed linen. When we saw the room we quickly noticed that the bed spread was faded and there were exactly *2* towels in the room. It all felt very cheap and we did not feel comfortable, like we were being 'nickel-ed and dimed' We only stayed 1 night, 'ate' the remaining days and booked a room on the beach at the Boracay Regency (which was wonderful, if expensive).
Moral of the story: you get what you pay for.

Quiet location amid busy street

do not mix this up with the beachfront salon which is also under the same management. this is location on a low steep slope, tricycle will not bring u up there. you have to walk ard 150 to 200 meters to the entrance. upon entering, you feel relax coz it is surrounded by lots of tress and shrubs.
the swimming is small but is good enough to just jump in for a dip after the hot day. the only down point is that there is no balcony.

Free shuttle to D'mall any time before 12am. Big hill which the trikes can't get up so you end up walking up a lot.. (Not ideal if its raining). Villa was fairly clean but there were ants roaming in the bathroom, the A/C was noisy and had a a slightly musky damp smell, the bottled water wasn't free. All in all if you need a place to crash that's cheap and quieter than on the beach side it could be good for you.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Watch the sunset at discovery shores whilst sipping on mojitos during hapy hour.. Can't go wrong!

Very very lovely hotel

Location, it's only 5 mins walk to the beach, but it's hidden in the hill, which makes it very quiet and peaceful compared to the once by the beach strip, we really love this part.
Service, great and veyr considerable! The security is tight, doors are closed throughout the day, need to ring the bell to get in. We got a great intro of the area from the staff there. When we are leaving in the morning ard 5ami, the staff offered to serve us breakfast ard 4.30. When we leave, they had someone accompany us to get a tricycle. They also provide free shuttles to and from DMall.
Garden, pool are beautiful. I was stunned when i saw how beautiful it is. The deco and furnitures offered a real local feeling. For the room, we stayed on the 2nd floor, had our own balcony. Windows on two sides of the walls looking at lush greeneries. Very peaceful.
Quiet. Because it's away from the main road and the beach strip (still within 5 mins walk, very close). I recommend anyone who would like to avoid the crazy beach crowd and have more of the peaceful time to themselves here. Highly recommended. We loved here!

Big house with 3 beds although we only need one only. Good service with free shuttle to d mall and anywhere you want in downtown.
However, the water pressure is low and lack of bathrobe made us a little bit disappointed.

People are loving and kind. Loved the atmosphere and the breeze of the wind blowing into the trees and giving us this fresh air. Mango shake mixed with ice is best to served.internet is good but their gym is at very low standard and its not the best option if youre wanting to pump your muscles and showering water had a little problem with the pressure was not that nice but if fixed, definatly no problem.
