The hotel is close to plenty of bars and reasturaunts. The staff is friendly and accomodating. There is never a problem finding a ride as soon as you walk out of the front door. Just whach out for the peddlers. They will price gouge the helll out of you if you let them.

The hotel room was filthy. The stains on the sheets were so visible I had to ask for new ones and did not want to touch the bed thereafter. Only half the lights in the room worked. In general the place was shabby and ill kept.

the location was good. a bit difficult to find if i had not read other people's comments. be sure to double check on transfer if you request one. only drawback was hearing people slam their doors at night due to wooden doors.

I would rate it 4 out of 10 at best ! If you like screaming babies ( staff children ) Barking puppies ( staffs ) and having to walk amud path to the beach then you will love this. The room was dark & dingy . I left after 3 nights .
Travel tip:
Pay a little more a stay somewhere decent.

I felt unsafe during night whever i go back to my hotel from the beach front cause its far and the wqy going to the hotel os not that ok/safe. next time i would have to go to other hotel which is near the beach front. Wifi doesnt work in the room so i needed to go to the lobby just to have an access. The room is big,, clean and comfortable to stay in.

I owed hapiness & relaxation to them in Boracay.
Very comfortable & excellent service!

Manager and staffs work is a quick and accurate.
Room has a big closet,an air conditioner,a hot shower,and a refrigerator.
Housekeeping staffs keep cleaning my room every time.
I could choose the 6types of Breakfast.I ate 3type and everything were nice!
As well,they are very gentle & flexible.
When I checked out I was given a letter of thanks from the manager.
I was really taken to this hotel.
I'd like to stay at there!
Shopping Tip:
Close to D'mall and the beach.
There are 2supermarket,alot of restaurants.
It's very convenient.

I stayed in three hotels in Boracay this was my favorite, cleaned daily, just leave your key. They washed my Landry and iron it. Area is great, close to dmall but away from the road noise.
