small rooms but the furnishing is commendable. facilities--there's not much here. literally just crashed here after a day of touring the city.
inclusive breakfast per pax is 2 pieces of bread and butter and nothing else.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go white water rafting in Cagayan de Oro and zip-lining in Bukidnon (2 hrs land travel). Ask to be picked up at the hotel lobby.

This hotel is nice and clean even though it is very small and have to take a mini elevator to the second floor for check in. The room is fitted to be an economy lodge or like a stop-over short time kind of "love" motel. The restaurant does not have menu with ample choices of food to choose from, nevertheless their prices are not expensive.
Shopping Tip:
There are several small grocery stores near the hotel but not much activities for tourists to do nearby.

This does not merit any stars.
This 4th floor unit is nothing but a domatary accommodation, no different to any small town YMCA.
In my life time i have lived in thousands of hotels of various grades, but his one is certainly not a hotel..
reasons too many to list..
Since I had already paid for two days for a supposed to be "Deluxe" room, I stayed on for just one day in a run down room with few amenities.
I told the hotel management I was signing out after only one day stay because I was not satisfied.
I requested them to use up the next days money towards the few extras, like the very poor quality breakfast and water etc.
They totally refused and demanded full payment for the extras.
I had to find another better but cheaper accommodation in a nicer hotel nearby for the next day.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nothing more than a domatary.

A nice but noisy hotel

The street noise was way unbearable, I even changed rooms and the noise came through the windows Other than the noise the hotel was pretty nice. Wi-fi works only in the reception area and does not reach the rooms. I thought this was a bit of mis advertising by them.

Loud Street noise in every room

The bedroom street noise was way too loud even after I changed room. Very few rooms can get wifi, only in office area. Nobody seems to know what they are doing even though staff was polite.

The food was better than average in their restaurant which is a plus. I do not recommend for a family since there is no pool or anything for the kids to do here.
