Plus for this hotel is the large room with studio type design. You are also provided with cooking/eating utensils. The bed is big and is located in the 2nd flr. Lots of space in the cabinet and a comfortable sofa. They also provide a dvd player and the with good standalone speakers. The minus is the location is noisy at night with vehicles passing by. There is also very limited choice of food in the hotel. Its near SM mall but not in walking distance. Another good thing is its near the airport but that would change when the airport is moved to the new location in june.

Little Disappointed

Hotel is ok, I feel it a little over rated as there no real restaurant only a coffee shop from what we could see. The rooms were very nice but the air-conditioning could not compete with the April temperatures.The staff friendly but I have had better from a lower rated hotel. We asked for a breakfast delivered via room service, I open minded but when you stay in a 4 star hotel you shouldn't get served cold sliced SPAM and rice as your first meal of the day. I was diappointed and feel I could have saved money staying elsewhere.

Loft style room, with living hall and kitchenaid available to play cooking with d gf..nearby lumbia airport and 1 jeepney ride to sm mall..negatives are : lousy breakfast, wifi signal not strong, standard room is facing main road so a bit noisy, not acomodating for a late check out at 3pm even thou room is available. Wanted to charge me half day rate, so I said no thanks and we chill at the coffee bar and had a foot massage downstairs, for half it's half day rate. Overall okay experience.
