Great location, big room, friendly staff

The staff are very accommodating, well situated near Robinsons mall, banks, etc. The rooms are big though the bathroom needs improvement. Increase selection of breakfast choices.

our short stay in this hotel was ok, nice room, big beds and nice comfort room. The pool was big also and staff were accommodating. It is a bit expensive though, but we feel comfortable. The hotel just needs renovation to bring back its 5 star quality again.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. It is away from the noise of the street, and opposite to Robinson's. We did not use the pool, although it looked attractive. Breakfast was rather disappointing.

Decent hotel, good value

The room we stayed in was showing its age and the bathtub was slow to drain. TV reception was also fuzzy. The design is also a bit strange in that it felt like staying in a hospital and not a hotel. Beds and pillows tough were very comfortable. Breakfast is set and simple but decent.
Hotel has a decent sized pool and offers free shuttle service to the pier which was nice.
Overall, a decent hotel in a place with not a lot of choices for accommodations. It is probably catered more to businessmen or visiting officials than tourists.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avail of free shuttle service to and from the Calapan pier for a hassle free stay.

best hotel in Calapan !! but its really average
i liked staff . good fast friendly service.... near / very close to a new Robinson Mall

i liked calapan more than puerto galera ( sabang / white beach )
more facilities / infastruture / better roads in calapan mcdonald's jollibee plus a new puregold supermarket & a new robinson mall these are not in puerto galera..
i found puerto galera a mess and after two nights returned to calapan
hotel has nice pool
the room had two double beds but no fridge
aircon could be more powerful
to many mosquitos in eating areas ( restuarant )
hotel located in very clean modern newly developed area probably due to the new mall
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
there two beach resorts in Calapan i went to one twice and liked it it has a big indoor hall which when i was there was set up for badminton..

Looks like nice place . but we didn't make it !
to far from Puerto Galera

unfortunately the hotel address is listed as Calapan,Puerto Galera. so we took a ferry to Puerto Galera when we arrive we found out the hotel is actually 50 kms from Puerto Galera , there are no taxis's only Jeepney & this takes 2 hour's , this is to far to travel with a young baby .
anyhow just be aware ,this was an expensive mistake i made

the room were very comfortable and clean. we had two large beds which we both used. the air conditioner was very efficient and quiet. the pool looked very inviting, but unfortunately, it was raining or cloudy during our stay. the location is close to the port, new mall and the historic markets. the motorized tricyle only cost pesos from the port to the hotel, very inexpensive. the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the hotel, so avail their services if you choose to. overall, this is a great hotel.
