One of the most dissapointing

This was one of the worst hotel that I have stayed at. The lay out of the room was terrible. The air condition was located relative to the bed where it blew a direct stream of cold air on my head giving me a head cold. The room was so small that it was impossible to reposition the bed for relief.
Out side my window there was someone in the building next to the hotel who had a puppy that cried 70% of the time that I was in my room. I went to the front desk to complain and to get another room, and at the front desk there were the remaining puppies of the litter that were apart of the puppy that continued to cry outside my window.
I could go on but I want to mention now I definitively do not recommended this hotel!

Very nice Hotel, good location

This was a very nice Hotel. It is currently undergoing building work. An extension was being added so was a little dusty. Noise was kept to a minimum and was at reasonable hours. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On a negative note: Breakfast was often cold as was transferred from cooking area downstairs to the restaurant upstairs (6 floors up). Also though the website showed airport transfers this was not the case.

only stayed a couple of days, before I went into the province, but it was really nice. the views on the rooftop restaurant are great! pity it's not open all the time.

hotels location is not bad, u need to ride jeepnie to downtown or ayala mall, but it takes quite short time. room is quite average, there was some strange smell in the room, like smell of paint. aircon was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. staff was sort of sleepy, not so willing to help us. breakfast in the rooftop cafe is nice, you can have very nice view of the city.
Travel tip:
Remember to order your breakfast on the evening before.

Great location but small rooms

our three days and two nights stay in allson's inn is very good and very relaxing. i enjoyed their food and service. since we went to cebu without agent, allson's inn offered us a very affordable package for travelling in the top tourist destinations in cebu.
Restaurant Tip:
do visit cnt lechon near sm cebu to experience the very delicious taste of cebu's lechon.

Located close to Ayala mall

if you are not too fussy about quality and you are staying for a short while, then this hotel will be ok. good thing is its located close to ayala mall, literally just a few minutes away.
the place is in general clean but the things seems to be made of low quality. there was no tissue in the toilet but they did give a towel with shampoo and soap wrapped in plastic. the bedsheet looks old and even has a big whole on the side.
there were a few mosquitoes too but good thing there was airconditioning.
they were helpful with bringing the luggage/bags and anytime we needed taxi, they were helpful with that too and quick.
the breakfast was good and on time. they delivered it straight to our room.
