A low cost convenient base
Only friendly staff otherwise the hotel has little to recommend it

To rate this a 4 star hotel is a big stretch of the imagination. At best it is in my opinion a lower to mid range 3 star tourist hotel.
Window type room air conditioning is very noisy(enough to make sleep difficult)
Bed linen was worn and even had small holes in places.
Towels and bathmats (while probably) clean did not appear so being very off white colour.
Buffet breakfasts were cold/not kept warm

My stay at the Allure was a very good start to my holiday. Great, friendly staff at this hotel. I couldnt access wifi on my laptop, so the manager arranged for a lan line to be put into my room, no cost. Great bar across the road, great massage spa at ground level.
Stayed here before and will happily stay here again

I stay for about 1 week at this hotel...No pool but still ok...Access to the city by taxi or public vehicles are easy to get. the Grand Royal Spa beside the hotel is awesome experience...If you are looking for cheap and fit to your budget with quality hotel, I suggest to try this Allure...

Very clean and convenient place to stay in Mandaue
Good Clean rooms and semi modern design.

it was a nice and lovely stay at allure hotel, it's close to restaurant and getting around the area of mandaue is easy since its along as fortuna. only comment on the bedrooms is that it lacks electrical outlets. it seems the hotel s don't like you using their power to much.
don't forget to try the massage across the street.

Location is ok, very convenient but staffshould be trained further specially the reception people. Caoie crew though is good.

their best selling point is location, price and food. they should train their reception people on speed, professionalism, courtesy. im discouraged to come back to see the same people! and there is a mosquito in my room!
