Lovely staff and great rooms

well we enjoyed our four days there the staff was always helpful and lovely. security was tight, had internet area and great access to taxis. the rooms were abit small but had a kitchen,microwave and the furniture itself were modernised. the only problem we had was the aircon near the bed was very loud and the shower head needed fixing. overall reasonable price for a decent place in the city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
check out the tallest building in the whole of philippines in cebu at the Crown Regency Hotel.

Clean & Comfortable
Satis service, clean & comfortable rooms

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is quite new so the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were also very comfortable too. We had a pleasant stay in Alpa City Suites.
Downside, would be the location. Traffic outside and Ayala Mall is quite far to walk.

our stay there was nice, it was also my first hotel in cebu and in philipines country. compare to the price, this hotel was really nice, room clean and big. the restaurant there was not bad. in the city, near the mall - 5 min in taxi

five star room at 3 star price

new hotel- very clean and staff friendly.the room service and all meals in hotel are nett - no +++++++ so the amount you see is the amount you pay- nice touch.
plenty of newspapers and the breakfast is good-- served hot not link many buffets which are cold.
the hotel is a taxi ride to anywhere you want to go but the taxis are metered and inexpensive.
The quality of the room and hotel in general is worth any taxis you may have to get-considering the tariff.

Location is okay, however you still have to take a cab to go anywhere. Cabs are frequent. Staff are very helpful.

Alpa City Suites is like a home for me when I am in Cebu, I feel safe and the food is great,whether I eat in the buffet restaurant or room service
Shopping Tip:
From Alpa City suites, the shopping diestrict is just 20 to 30 mins away, so shop and go back to rest and return as you wish

The worsiest hotel I ever stayed in my entire life.I've been in many hotel around the world but I can't imagine this kind of rooms in this hotel toilet is open to the bedroom supposed it should be closed because that is the area where you can refresh gosssssh if i do .... in toilet then evryone in the room can smell also yark

I like this hotel and would prefer for people who are traveling for a short stop to cebu city,though I was shock on how some staff seem to be put an attitude for third community couples,they seem to talk and gossip even their guest are around,that would end up making their guest feeling uneasy to walk around and uncomfortable,I guess what they need to improve is there way to handle special circumstances upon handling third community couples,but to be more friendly and would make them feel more at home.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to shopping malls..
