First tiem visit to Cebu
Newer clean hotel close to both major malls in Cebu

Not a bad hotel if you want to be in a low key area or are visiting Cebu for Business. If you are in Cebu and want to go to the beach or tourist areas then I would recommend a hotel on Mactan Island. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were good size and comfortable. The other good thing is that since it is in a none tourist area everything around the hotel is very cheap.
Shopping Tip:
almost acros the street is a nice convienient store. Walk up the road towards the mall and the first launrdy place on the right does a good job at 1/4 the price of the hotel. Keep walking up the same road and you will find a thai masage place. It does not look like much from the outside but is nice once you walk in. It is extremely cheap 300 pesos for 2 hours.

Overall, the hotel is an exemple of a value for money accomodation. However, it still needs lots of improvement for much better impression. The bath towels much be replaced regularly. I'm sure a lot of guest will agree with me that having large, without smudges or stains, soft and sweet smelling will complete your "kleenex box" experience. There are no "angels for hire" lurking in the hotel. Very ideal for a guests of all types.... not only as a wholesome family hotel but for business, too.
Shopping Tip:
Very accessible to the shopping malls and restos, Ayala and SM.

Very clean and modern hotel
Staff of this hotel are the happies I have encountered among 5 hotels we stayed at

We loved the hotel. It was built very well. We were located just in front of the lifts but we can barely hear any noises. The only hotel who had dishes in room and microwave. Internet service is wired so no difficulty at all in connecting. The hotel staff is fabulous. Transpo is very accessible.
Restaurant Tip:
there are a lot of places to eat at around the hotel area but make sure you do it before 10 pm.

This is my favorite hotel in Cebu by far. Everything from the location, to the service, to the room is spectacular. And wait until you see what they have for breakfast. The BEST!! Checking in is easy and the rooms are spacious and super clean.Flat screen LCD tv's and nice luxurious beds.
Restaurant Tip:
This is a hotel with a world class restaurant. Many varieties of foods from different ethnicities are available. The restaurant is cozy and if you decide to order room service you will not be disappointed either. Their breakfast buffet will make your mouth water it is so delicious.

The hotel staff is so friendly, including the security, they are very polite and professional, always saying "hello sir, good morning, sir!" The room is wonderful, nice views of the city and mountains, the beds are comfortable, the sheets at least a 400 count, the air con cools the room almost immediately, the flat screen TV has many cable channels, the fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils come in handy for sure.
Shopping Tip:
SM mall and Ayala mall are within 15 minute drive

Really good and affordable hotel, good to stay for several nights, room was good looking and everything was at its place (euroconnector, hairdryer, microwave, dishwash, watercooker, TV, AC, etc.). I liked to stay there, although it was lots of traffic outside always. A/C was bit too noisy and placed above the bed, which is not the best place (no remote). But thats the only disadvantage of the room, maybe a bathtub would be great. Internet-PC in the lobby, dinner at the room (roomservice) was so tasty. Nothing bad to say and best price! Best *** hotel ever.

I travel alot & I would have to rate this hotel in the top 10, it is very clean, very modern & the staff are great too.
The only bad thing was I seen staff pickup cutlery off the floor when moving tables around in the dining room, it was only one guy but still its not a good look.

Overall great value for the money. Hotel staff is very pleasant and accomodating. It would be nice if there were more native dishes on the menu to enjoy. It would also be nice to have some swimming facilities and or lounge.
