Unfortunately, I must say that I was not given the accomodation that was promised in accordance to my booking reservations. The hotel was over booked and we were given a group room. No refunds but instead, I was given a couple of goodies with what they say is equal value. Agencies and the Hotel "Must Have A Better Communication" to avoid hard feelings from people like my group.

Wonderfull hotel and friendly hotel staff

The place is near the airport and has a clean surroundings. Staff is courteous and friendly. Transportation is ok and net is quite ok. Very clean surroundings and food is good and reasonably price.

Our stay in the hotel was very satisfying. This is a very nice place for people who wants to relax and escape for a while from the bustle of city life. Hotel rooms are very relaxing, surroundings is environment-friendly, full of flowers and trees,hotel staff are very friendly, foods taste good. This is a very friendly hotel. This hotel is highly recommended for people who just want to relax. The nice gardens and peaceful surroundings plus its location which is a bit far from the city proper add up to its relaxing ambiance.

Well-appointed rooms and comfy beds

Stayed here over a weekend in the middle of a business trip. Staff was very helpful, beds were very comfortable, and the food was surprisingly good (fluffy pancakes with fresh fruit were delectable). It's in an odd location, and loud music was pumping in the distance the whole time, but it didn't really bother me. It takes 15 min and 500 pesos to get to a beach, so don't come here looking for that. The staff was as good as anywhere in the Philippines - extremely attentive and not particularly helpful. But this was a great retreat from reality for a few days.
