It's a nice, quiet and comfortable hotel, but it needs to improve its room and hotel services! We had to wait for an hour in order to get two complimentary water, and no shuttle service to airport and commercial areas. The taxi which was called by the receptionist cost 300 peso instead of meter charge. Anyway, just take a few minutes walk to the main street, and it's easy to get a jeepney to the commercial area. Overall it's good and it's a nice place, especially for those who need some rest. The room is very beautiful and we enjoy staying and resting at the balcony!
The staff is nice and the hotel is good and tidy, with romantic views and comfortable garden areas.
It's too far from the downtown, and no shuttle bus service to the commercial area.

Far away from everything but we just needed a place to sleep after a long flight, so it was okay. It took some mailing before they agreed to a free airport pick up even if they promised to do so in their website. But finally we got it.

We discovered that this facility is actually a teaching college and perhaps does not cater to its paying customers as well.
- Shopping Tip : Great place on Cebu called Robinson's Place which has decent shopping and a small Internet cafe/restuarant on the bottom floor with the best food and very cheaply priced.

General service levels will improve as staff perceive different requirements of students and holiday makers. But location is wrong for those who want a beachfront holiday.
