stayed for a couple days - rooms were small, clean, and basic. no hot water, but it wasnt really that cold anyway. staff were polite and helpful. mango area was nearby to walk to and if you're looking for a safe, clean hotel for a cheap short stay, you can't beat this in cebu downtown area.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, staff were friendly. The security would pull you up a Taxi whilst you wait in the lobby as it's around a 5 min drive to the Mall. Had no issues, was a very smooth stay.

Check out Mango Square!

overpriced, boring, plain, lonely feeling there, had all the basics, but you can get the same or better for 300-400 pesos cheaper uptown...i left for another hotel with 2 days remaining...that's how lifeless it felt there.
Nightlife Tip:
seemed boring every which way i looked around there.

I love it! I will definitely go back to this pension house! It provided me an affordable yet great accommodation at the heart of the city. Staff are very friendly. Strong wifi connection in the lobby. Basic foods also being sold at the reception. I can say it's one of the best special lodgings in the city.

This hotel was fine for what I paid. It's 10 minutes walk to Ayala Mall and 2 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. It's about a half an hour drive from the airport. My only complaint is that they didn't clean my room or make the bed, but this wasn't too bad as I was only there for 2 nights. The restaurant at the hotel also closes at 6pm, so it's quite early.
