I have used this hotel several times - always good value with friendly & helpful staff. Travellers should note that it is in Manduae City, not Cebu City.

Sadly disappointed at most recent stay...
High Pressure, hot shower - spacious CR - comfortable room

We stayed here before. Our previous review was glowing. Andy's did everything right. Not so, this visit. This trip we can only say: "the shower is wonderful - high water pressure, good shower head and excellent heater. the toilet is an elongated bowl - which is nice. the beds are comfortable." The desk gave us a headache from the minute we arrived. They had us in an unacceptable room. We asked for a different room which we eventually got, after two hours and three trips to the front desk and a supervisor. IF they changed the rules about linen and towel changes - they did not inform us. What they did do was NOT change the linen and towels daily - going so far as to hang up a towel I had left on the floor SO IT WOULD be changed. The staff was just not attentive. the food in 'mang cape' (andy hotel cafe) is flavorful but this trip the eggs were not to order and once had to send them back (a poached egg came cold, hard boiled out of its shell). Andy's is a block off a major thoroughfare. it is an easy taxi ride to pacific mall, j center, park mall, sm mall - a little further to gaisano country mall and ayala center.
