Hotel is being refurbished but did not affect stay. Amenities are adequate but I had room with non-functioning aircon so had to change rooms. Surroundings are not the best but very convenient location to Ayala.

One thing that made me smile in the hotel is kind staff...
Also good location, easy to access to casino and SM mall and Ayala which are crowded by people,especially in night time.
However, there is no window in my room...it was quite terrible..
to sum up reasonable price and good service

Our third time staying here. Got a room on the 6th level, better than the one on our second stay. As usual, great location, about 5mins by taxi to Ayala Mall and about 10-15mins to SM.

wifi connection is intermittent. people at the reception are okay but not so friendly and accommodating. they don't volunteer for instruction or detailed instruction on where to go and how to go in a certain place. food is very expensive.
cable connection is not so good. we were only able to watch and switch to two or three channels.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is just walking distance away from Ayala mall and in Ayala I was able to see cheap but nicely wrapped Otap. good for presents.

Our second stay at this hotel. Booked a standard room and was given comp upgrade to Superior. The room is bigger than standard, superior have 1 double and 1 single bed. There's a personal fridge inside the room however no mini-bar amenities. Did not like the toilet at all, seems that the toilet exhaust is inside the toilet itself, smelly when flushing.
This hotel is halfway between SM Mall, about 10-15mins, and Ayala Mall about 5mins by taxi, and about 30mins to the airport.
Restaurants are accessible though not really walking distance. Just a very short jeepney ride from the hotel are nice restaurants.

Good customer service, any time with a smile
I enjoyed my room , near to the fire exit, with glass window anytime i can open it, enough space for me, tiles floor which i love most, the room is clean except for the refigerator but no big deal, bathroom is clean & good space, i love my bed very comfortable it dont hurt my back.

The hotel is good even it's not new,becuase of good customer service, hotel is still in good condition the room is clean & tiles floor, big glass window & good view , enough room for 2 person & bathroom is clean & roomy. The most i like about it ? is the bed i got,comfortable, i had a bed no. at home , that worries me in the hotel, but guess what ? i enjoyed the bed in the hotel.The price i paid is worthy & i didn't regret staying
in the hotel for 7 days.I booked only for 5 days, but it ended for 7 days.

This is not a very modern hotel. The room was small, dim lite, not sound proof, and not comfortable.. The bath was not clean an very small.. There where some micro bugs on the table every day.. The restaurant down stairs was too expensive for this venue.. This should be a two star hotel not a three.
