Great value for money and super location

We had not much expectations for this very affordable accommodation but it provided all necessities. It's not fancy nor special but new, clean, fresh and when you want a place to stay with good standards but nothing extra this is the place!

the location of the hotel is good. it's easy to find this hotel. just tell the taxi driver the name of the hotel and street. the rooms were great for relaxing. receptionist is very accomodating and friendly also the staffs and household.

Great place to stay

Upon our check in, we were assisted by the receptionist who is very friendly and accomodating. We got a spacious and clean room. The location is also good. Buffet breakfast is also good.. Swimming pool is not so appealing since it was very small.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try to roam around the city by jeepney or walking instead of riding taxis. You'll appreciate the oldest city in the Philippines more.

nice clean hotel close to ayala mall 15 min walk, nice breakfast chef on hand to fresh cook breakfast and there is a buffet style as well.
nice pool on the 7th floor good rate and friendly staff

Nice clean hotel close to major shopping areas and business transport close and handy nice breakfast

Adequate Hotel with some areas of good service

Disappointed with the room as it had no window.
Itinery of the room which was not accurate when we took up occupancy in the room - fridge unplugged, unclean and unstocked.
Fault lamp by the bed which wasn't repaired despite reporting it on a number of occasions
Internet service in the room did not work

Goog hotel and friendly stuff

we stayed at cebu grand hotel one night only, and we were extremly tired after 4 flights in a row. the hotel room was clean and cozy, with small terrace, hotel stuff was very helpfukl, especially during the breakfast. the hotel is not far from ferry station. all in all, it was very good experience and the hotel is very nice itself.

courteous service from the staffs

the staffs are helpful.. the size of room is just right and clean though, there is something wrong with the heater. I think, they have to improve the way it is being installed to avoid creating loud noise from it. the heater is installed below thus, the water cannot run through line simultaneously and creates 'horning sounds'.

Great Hotel

Stayed here a number of times and always great hotel. Rooms are
clean, large and hot water in the bath room (some hotels in Philippines this is hard to come by), breakfast buffet is good,
with great service from all aspects of the hotel.
Location to Malls is good, close to SM Mall and Ayala Mall. If
you like shopping.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is located 1/2 way between SM Mall and Ayala Mall, need to take a taxi. Fares just went up, so when you get in the cab it is now 40 piso vs 30 piso, tell us due to gas cost. Taxi aircons, some are good and some our terrible, I have actually got out of one that was NO cooling at all. And you need aircon beleive me.

Nice hotel, large rooms.
Quiet location, large rooms.

The hotel is located off a main road, there is no noise at night. The location of the hotel is slightly out of the way, one needs to take a taxi to go anywhere. The rooms are large and very adequate. Breakfast is nice. The staff is very friendly.
