good location big room
old building, old furniture but great access from other part of cebu city.

I saty here one night for a working trip. Check in is fast and staffs are friendly. Big room but old furniture, old tv, carpet smelly abd rough.

reasonable good hotel , breakfast was average ..not enough selection of western style ..only usual tagalog .... bell boy who took my bag was on his mobile talking to someone ..very unprofessional ..and unwelcoming . my superior room was spacious however had no view , whats so ever...facing onto a tin room .. nice big plasma screen. female reception staff were friendly however were not knowledgable about internet , wi=fi facilities within hotel . wont be in a hurry back

grand Hotel is the Cebu secret - tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a nice roof top pool. Hotel staff are great and very helpful - although they are still fixing the last of the rooms, the noise is bearable - only downside with the hotel is their internet service which is very poor and overpriced.

Large well appointed and comfortable rooms with a big bed.
I was pleasently suprised with the size of the rooms and was inpressed with the comfort provided for the price. The breakfast buffet was also good food served on time and still warm. I will definately return to this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is half way between the provincial governmet complex and the Ayala shopping mall. It is a good location for business and shopping tourists.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very large.
I was impressed with everyting except the view, there was none.
If you dont care about the veiw, this is a great room for the price.
The hotel is located half way between the Ayala mall and the Cebu provincial government complex which is very well located.
Shopping Tip:
The Ayala mall is the nearest to this hotel and is the second largest mall in the city. It has many shops and restaurants to choose from.

The rooms where of the older style, but large and clean,bed where comfortable, everything worked, was in walking distance to city and nite life, taxi back after a nite out was 50- 80php, breakfast was complimentry and good. I enjoyed staying at the Cebu Grand, and will do again.
Travel tip:
we hired the taxi driver from the air port for sight seeing the next day for 4 hours and payed 1200p he also was a tour guide for us and it was money well spent

my stay at cebu grand was what i expected except for the internet service charge. they charge by the hour, 100php per hour for a slow connection. breakfast was included but ended too early for me to use. most places end service at 10:30, they stopped at 9am.
