No-frills 7 pretty nice guest house and great location. mosquitoes and occasion blackouts are common, but they are not a major issue. the staff sleeps in the same dormitory with the guests (me), which makes me feel slightly uncomfortable but they are harmless. Nightlife Tip: Try the Mango Viking Bar. The ladies' drinks are cheap but the staff are pushy for the drinks that makes you spend more than what you intended.

Atle V. Solo travelers Norway, April 27, 2011	Practical for a layover Cheap 6 Its pretty close to Mango square in Cebu. Cab from the airport will cost around 250 pisos (4 euros) I stayed only 1 night since I was heading up to Malapascua Island. There is also a big supermarket nearby. The fan room gets hot and it is very basic.

The price 6.7 You got a room and shared the bathroom, but it was keep clean actually it was nice too. Hotel Feature Tip: If you don't want to spend a lot of money, but stay in a decent hotel, it's ok! Excellent for one night stays, on the way to other destinations.

Never thought that it was shared T&B and really sucks. Staffs were customer friendly though but mind you will be charged for a request for a towel. Have stayed several times at Cebu with cheap hotel rates also, but for this one, will definitely won't try another like this.

Shopping Tip: there is a supermarket is quite well neat the Cebu guest house, named fooda Supermarket, more importantly, it's a good place for money exchange.

Families with older children Philippines, January 25, 2011	Great location but small rooms the use of the common area, friendly staff 8.3 I have extended our stay for one more day. staffs are really friendly, very accomodating. i didn't get to stay the whole day at the guesthouse, but it somehow seemed to be cozy whenever i was there. overall, i enjoyed it as well. and if i will be going back to cebu, i will stay at cebu guesthouse again. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: celestial garden in banawa hills, and tops sky garden

Couples Philippines, January 25, 2011	Great location but very old house. room was ok it has a living room with a big toilet and bath. 6.7 good for backpackers and for a tight budget travellers, good location. it is in the heart of cebu. walking distance to ayala town center cebu, and 10 - 15 min. by cab if you're going to the ferry terminal, and some of the tourists attractions like the oldest church basillica de sto.nino along with the magellan's cross.
