The Staff is the best in the city in my mind

One can not say enough about the professionalism of the staff. the are right there at all times to meet your every need. The resturant is clean with a buffey spead one only dreams of with on the spot sheffs ready to prepare what you want in addition to the already expansive line up. This was a great experience and one long to be remembered

I can hear the sanitary pipes at 3am and if the next door guest takes a shower you can hear the water as well. I hope this was just unique to the room that I got and over-all it was a very pleasant stay.

Great location
Really near the big shopping centre and lots of restaurants

liked the room and the hotel a lot, the fact that it was walking distance from the huge shopping centre was a big plus -but we had to walk across a dodgy fielt to get to the shopping centre, if you're with a group of girls, try to avoid doing that in the dark.
lots of choice for food just across the field though!

the hotel is very accomodating as they allow us to do early check-in. the location is very convenient as it is just a walking distance to the mall. no hassle in getting a taxi and the hotel staff is very much willing to assist.

Very nice comfortable hotel within reach of the biggest shopping Mall in Cebu, very clean, very friendly staff and most of all - very reasonabley priced. Highly recommended.

I stayed in Cebu for 4 days which turned out to be 2 days too many. seems Cebu is more of a transity place then a final destination.
The room I booked was upgraded to deluxe as superior rooms were all full. The room was well appointed, clean, and had an excellent shower. The only down side was the fact that there was construction work ongoing opsite the hotel, but I'm sure the even number rooms on the opposite side would have been very quiet.
Nightlife Tip:
50m up the street is "Imagine" Bar. Good for live music and 50 Peso beers

Great hotel but small bathroom

Arrived hotel at 2pm but was not able to checked in as room not ready. The superior room size is reasonably big but it has a very small bathroom.
No WIFI but complimentary internet is available in the room. Need to bring your own PC that can connect through LAN cable. Free WIFI is available at the lobby. Spent most of the nights at the lobby using the WIFI with my cell phone.
The concierge staffs are very helpful. They will try their best to provide you tourist information.

Shopping Tip:
Ayala Mall is not cheap but cheaper than mall of Asia.
