Well recommended, enjoyable stay.
Good rooms and service, (mountain view rooms are best). Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to malls.

Very enjoyable stay overall. Good room on 8th floor, mountain view. Excellent buffet breakfast, proximity to Ayala Mall a great advantage.
Staff very helpful, trip to Bohol Island well recommended, but book directly at Pier 4, (twice as expensive).
Overall I will definitely return to this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Visit Ayala Mall, which is only 5 minutes walk away. Good shopping and restaurants on upper levels.

The hotel is very accessible... great location. Perfect buffet breakfast, very clean rooms, very friendly and accomodating staff ( great service). They provide free internet access in rooms, making your stay more convenient and fun. Overall, I enjoyed my whole stay at Park Lane Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Perfect location to explore Cebu city
Modern clean hotel well positioned for the Ayla centre with excellent help from the staff

It was a great place to stay, safe and secure. The staff were so helpfull and getting a taxi outside was so easy. It was so relaxing.
I would definitely stay there on my next visit to CEBU.
Travel tip:
All ways carry plenty of 20 and 50 peso notes to pay for taxis, vans, etc

The Staff ,Room and Foods was very great.Only the Aircon you cant barely adjust it..it was very cold int the room although I put it off already.

High rise hotel near Ayala Center

We stayed one night with our adult children and grandchildren. We didn't have time to explore all of the features of the hotel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The children were provided with beds, including one baby bed. The hotel was clean and we walked to the Ayala Center for dinner and shopping.
The buffet breakfast was very good and overall the hotel was a great value.
Hotel staff came over quickly to help carry our bags though.

At the moment there is a huge new building going up just across the road from the Hotel, blocking the bay view. When you check in I suggest you ask for a mountain view room. Much quieter. Rooms are quite small but very well laid out.. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very friendly. They also allowed me to check out late free of charge.

Fantastic stay, good service. The staff were very hospitable with respect to guests. Good dining. It takes time to call a taxi - need improvement. Gym facilities, swimming pool with friendly staff.

stayed here 2 night after coming from boracay. usually stay in waterfront but fancied a change. the hotel is very clean and modern and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
hotel is withing a 5 minute walk from large shopping mall and food court. rooms are pretty clean and modern.

Great staff but so so rooms

I stayed at Parklane 2 years ago and was impressed with the hotel considering it was a much more economical choice than the Marriott nearby and offered decent rooms and great service and right next to Ayala. Now 2 years later my opinion has changed a little. The service and staff and location are still great but the room was not that great anymore. It was very small with a super small bathroom. The cet had stains on it and there was just noticeable wear and tear to the specific room I was in. We ran into an issue where we had to call maintenance twice to ghe hot water to work. Other than that though it is still an ok place. The breakfast buffet is decent with many choices.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance to Ayala mall with gret shops and great places to eat. Short distance taxi ride to the IT park.

nice hotel wwith all modern amenties
staff was attentive and helpfull

People were helpfull in getting us transportation ,resolving issues with our computer set up and kept the room spotless.
If we needed help crossing a bsy street ,security facilitated this.Over all ,we felt safe and secure with 24 hr service
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be prepared to tip everyone ,at least a dollar or two (US Dollars) A little goes a long way .Everyone will remember you
