Nice friendly hotel, clean modern, very please.
However the breakfasts were very poor
Fish - stone cold 2 days running
poor quality
no muesli or bran flakes - just kids cereals
Coffee stewed.
hotel was overal good and helpful;
Would I stay there again ???

Park Lane Hotel

Our stay at the Park lane hotel was very enjoyable. Their customer service made our stay great. The facilities is ideal for conventions or meetings. The rooms size is good, bathroom is nice and kept clean. The location is really good if you are planning to go to Ayala center more than once. It is a bit challenging to find a convenient store but you'll manage. Also the location is near busy traffic so you just need to be careful when crossing the intersections. I really liked there breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend Park Lane for the travelers that want to stay near Ayala.

Cebu business hotel
Great location for the Ayala Mall

The room is comfortable and adequate for the price. The swimming pool area is a little poor and needs updating. On the bay side of the hotel is a construction site with a huge business building going up, which has obstructed the view sadly. The hotel is very well located for the Ayala Mall. I stayed there for 2 nights, and then went back there after I stayed 3 nights on Bantayan Island.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Ayala Cebu
Very Very clean room, Service with a smile, Great tasting breakfast buffet

Our room was cozy and had that homey feeling. The room is clean, smells new, sheets are great! We didn't have any regrets staying in this hotel. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. I recommend it to everyone who would go to Cebu.
Nightlife Tip:
Ayala Center Cebu is nearby. Food, nightlife is just a 5 min walk away.

This was a good place to stay, as it was close to a shoping mal,. resturants and entertainment. Taxis and other things were available in front of the hotel. The room was nice and had most everything needed in your room. If you needede anything else, they were very helpful and got you what you needed. The resturant had good breakfast and the room service had a good asortment of food. If you ordered from your room, it was brought to you in a short time.

I am very pleased that they sent me surprise birthday cake eventhough I didn't tell them my birthday!
Breakfast is also good.
They helped well we had electricity problem.
I was sick and they sent us a nurse and checked me.
very touched.

Room poorly lit too dim to read even with curtain full back in daytime
No hot water -- barely above cold
Bath too small for anyone but a midget
Bathroom very small
Many Cable channels shown in guide were not available
Restaurant Tip:
Ayala Terraces with dozens of good restaurants just 35p by taxi

We should have stayed at the Waterfront hotel, it's a 5-star hotel but with similar price as Cebu Parklane International Hotel.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Modern yet understated , staff are efficient and knowledgeable . Very clean and good value for money compared to others I have stayed in. Arrived early and checked in with no problems and no drama . The bathroom was small as was the room but finally a hotel with full size towels. Breakfast was busy and a good selection of tastes.I will stay here again next time I am in Cebu.

Parklane Hotel is highly recommended to those looking for an inexpensive hotel that is clean, decent, and safe. Its location is a big plus because of its proximity to the Ayala Center Cebu. If you wish to go shopping or look for a good place to eat, all you have to do is cross the street from the hotel to the Ayala Mall.
Parklane Hotel is a nice and quiet hotel where one can have a good rest and relaxation.
The swimming pool is not that big but enough to give you a good lap. Night swimming is also very nice as the pool area is open until 10pm.
