Worth your money
nice location. Cheaper than their competitors. Very very good service.

The hotel is nicely located near Ayala Center, and the price is cheaper compared to other competitors. The beds are comfortable to sleep. They also have very very good service; I was suppose to have a superior room but they upgraded me to a deluxe one because all superior rooms were full. They also call you up after an hour or so asking if everything is in all right. The room was very clean too.

My Experience at Cebu Park Lane

I had stayed in Cebu Parklane for 4 nights,
It was good experience to stay there,
Nice people and staff around,
No complains, Front desk had been co operative and helped where ever needed, Despite my booking was expiring they allowed me extra time to get the new voucher for another night I wanted to stay.
Restaurants were decent, food was fair, Breakfast was also fair.
Check out was also quite quick.
IN short, its a nice hotel with good amenities.
Shopping Tip:
Ayala Mall very close to hotel with walking distance.
Also lot of nice restaurants attached to Mall - Terraces.

Affordable Luxury and Excellent Service

The Park Lane is a great place to stay for just about any reason.
It is ideally situated for Ayala shopping (the best mall in Cebu) and it's host of great restaurants. The rooms are of a very high quality too with very comfortable beds!
The pool area is delightful, but choose your time if wishing to bask in the sunlight as the sun only hits the pool area at certain times of day.
The restaurant is nicely furnished and the food (only had breakfast) was excellent. Accompanied with lovely smiling friendly service made dining a great experience.
All in all, I wuld recommend this hotel to anyone as it fully deserves its' 4 star status.

Check out La Maison cafe in Ayala for great ribs an meal deals!

Noisy and they didn't care!

We had to be relocated because of construction noise. After they moved us there was construction in that area of thehotel also. Their solution was we'll just move you again. I came to relax not play keep moving from room to room. Not sure I would stay here again.

Nice service. clear instruction and polite of the front desk. when we arrived at 11pm, we found that they have 24 hours room service, which is fast and good! fresh and delicious food. must try pizza and fired chicken. The breakfast buffet was good. near the big mall, easy to find. To sum up, good service and nice people.

I left the hotel feeling stuffy and congested. There is simply too much pollution in the area which really has a tiring effect over a day or two. The hotel itself would not be too bad but for this, but it is located across the road to more development and hemmed in on nearly all sides. Tne room was clean enough, bathroom OK, breakfast not bad, but I'd group it as an expensive 3*, not as it is claimed. For those who need to be in the Ayala area, I suppose this might be a good choice.

Parklane Hotel Review
I'm satisfied with my stay at Parklane once again. It's in a convenient location, friendly staff and clean. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. A big plus to me I feel is the internet connection for the Parklane Room (Deluxe Room) Also, the complimentary water is included also. Oh yah, the toilet in the bathroom flushes good to. The water is strong when it flushes. The A/C unit is cold and quiet. I have stayed at other hotels in Philippines and the A/C is either cold but noisy. Or, the A/C is quiet but, not strong enough to cool the whole room. Also, the water in the toilet is weak. I had times where the toilet got clogged.
Also, they have the card keys that opens the door. I like this feature because you can keep this with you unlike a door key with a key chain attached to it. The keys you want to hand to front desk when leaving the hotel and always have to ask the front desk for your key again.

Overall, there really isn't any major cons to this Hotel. No hotel is perfect. Every hotel has it's own negatives. In my opinion, the Parklane hotel has alot to offer at a reasonable price.
Shopping Tip:
Ayala Mall is close by. You can just walk there.

2 Star Hotel, 5 Star Service

For a new hotel, this place looks old. The furniture was obviously bought on teh cheap and is very flimsy. The rooms below the 11th floor have only lukewarm water. However, the service in this hotel matches if not exceeds any 5-star hotel at which I have stayed. THe management and staff deserve kudos for their effort and attitude. Even at the buffet, the waiters exceeded that of most fine dining restaurants. Great, great staff.
