Good hotel in great location
The location of this 'better than three star' hotel is the main attribution to the hotel.

In addition to the above, there appears little doubt that the restaurant, although serving good food, is heftily over priced. Whoever decided to call the hotel "Four Star" was apparently also responsible for the restaurant prices. That person would be well advised to visit any four star hotels, look at their menu/prices and he/she will end up with more dining guests in the restaurant.
Internet connection is included in the room price which is good. The connection speed is reasonable.
The account procedure in the reception was (twice) charging an ‘upgrade’ which had been paid earlier.

Grand hotel
Spacious lobby and service was great.The room is spacious too and has classic furniture. warm feeling.buffet breakfast is yummy. many local and international type.full internet service for free in your room.

great hotel as it is near to the shopping area.Just a walk away to Ayala and spa.The service you get is beyond 5stars. staffs will get taxi for you and diligently help you in anyway.the room is spacious enough. very private and nice. Has a clean toilet and all toiletries you need.The food at the buffet line has varieties. both local and international one.Realy nice.
Travel tip:
there are a few value for money spa. try them. very nice and relaxing esp after a hectic shopping. All are nearby to the hotel.

A reasonable, but no more, hotel in great location

This three star hotel is centrally located but rooms are small and therefore only offer queen size beds. The breakfast is rather good but prices for lunch and dinner, way too hefty. The cleaniness of the restaurant was also not up to expectation and no-one seemed to care. The restaurant staff should also be motre attentative,

We enjoyed the food during breakfast. The lunch buffet is great. There was roasted pig. The hotel in near Ayala Mall where you can find restaurants of all sorts. The front desk is friendly. There is an ongoing construction near the hotel. It's not noisy anyway. But there is no great view.

Cebu Parklane International Hotel

This is my second time I've stayed in this hotel. I like the convenience, friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. I stayed in the Parklane room this time and size is reasonable for three people. Will recommend and stay in the same hotel if ever I go back to cebu again.

This was the third booking with this hotel and the high standards have been maintained.All staff are very helpful and courteous and nothing is too much trouble when asked.
The hotel is a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Ayala shopping and several banks and numerous restaurants and coffee shops.
The rroms are spacious and clean although the bathrooms are very small.Breakfast and a complimentalry soft drink are included in the price. There is a very nice pool for that refreshing swim.
Highly recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
Try one of the numerous restaurants around the Pavilion area of just enjoy a Starbucks coffee.

Location is just a minute from Ayala (shopping mall) and its evening restaurants and bars. The breakfast is of good quality and variety. Rooms are nice and clean and keep in a neat condition at all times.

The hotel is not a four star hotel as claimed. It is a good three star hotel and no more. Location is just a minute from Ayala (shopping mall) and its evening restaurants and bars. Check in procedure at the hotel is fast and smooth but creates some problem if you extend your stay using online booking. The facilities are rather new; the personnel are generally friendly whilst the restaurant staff needs to be more tentative. The food in the restaurant is good and the portions sufficient but the food and drinks are pricy. The breakfast is of good quality and variety. Rooms are nice and clean and keep in a neat condition at all times.
Shopping Tip:
The closeness to Ayala center is the best about the hotel

Stay @ Parklane Hotel Cebu City
Found the hotel a very nice place to stay, Staff all very efficient.Hotel close too all amenities.

My two weeks stay at Parklane was very pleasant I found the staff in all sections of the hotel very helpful.The room was clean neat and tidy and well serviced.Dining was a pleasure and excellent food served. When next in Cebu my stay will be at Perklane Cebu City.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Ayala Shopping Centre wich has all the amenities one needs as far as shopping ect.
