Parklane hotel cebu
the staff are very helpfull and friendly

WE stayed for 6 nights the staff could not do enough for us.When we first arrived we had no hot water they came to the room staight away said it needed new part we where up graded to a better room no extra to pay.We enjoyed our stay if we go back to cebu we would stay at the parklane.

This charming hotel is well located both for the Cebu central business district and for the shopping and entertainment facilities of Ayala Mall just across the road. A great breakfast spread makes up for the slightly small bedrooms and tiny bathrooms. Frankly, the bathroom is so small as to be a problem. Internet access is provided and a small, but well-run, fitness centre is to be found near the swimming pool area. Overall, an excellent hotel in the mid-range bracket.

This charming hotel is ideally located both for Cebu's business district and for the wonderful amenities of Ayala Mall. The facilities are adequate, the rooms are small but the bathrooms are tiny. Very tiny! Internet access is good and the food and beverage outlets excellent. An excellent breakfast buffet is available in the ground floor Coffee Shop. Staf are friendly and efficient and the hotel exudes an efficient charm which should atract a regular clientele

A hotel worth considering
Close to Ayala Centre and Business Park, Friendly staff, Free internet.

I chose the Cebu Parklane based on the good reviews by past guests. In this regard, I fully agree that this is a good hotel. The staff and friendly and helpful, it is close to shopping, food and business park, rooms are clean and decent sized.
My grip is that the King sized bed I requested turned out to be a Queens sized one. The hotel insisted that the bed in my room is a King. Anyway it was barely sleepable for 2 fairly large adults. My 2nd grip is that the hot water tends to run out in the morning and evening peak usage times - so be prepared for the shower to turn cold on you.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location and staff. The hotel can't do anything about the noise from the construction site but you can request for a room in a quieter side of the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Free internet and free shuttle to/from hotel to shopping mall and business park (you have to ask the staff coz its not listed in services).

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although our bathroom was a little small, the room was nice and clean. Ayala Mall is within walking distance, however due to construction in the area we were offered a free shuttle to the mall. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cebu.

This could be a very nice hotel, when they finish the hotel across the street.The staff are courteous but not knowledgeable on everything in Cebu.We did have problem with the shower in our room and did get moved to another room,may need maintenance to upgrade bathrooms.

Very clean and maintained hotel, very friendly staff and a wonderfull breakfast menu offering a choice of items to suite all tastes

The hotel is very well placed its in the heart of the city with all you need in walking distance, shops, places to eat. The staff are profesional and are very approachable and helpful. The rooms are comfotable and very clean, the bathroom need a little work but are still better than some hotels, if you disabled you will need to check at regestration that your room is disabled friendly as there is not enough room in the bathroom for a wheelchair and the access for the shower is combined with the bath and there are no grab rails. This hotel is well worth a vist and is well worth the money.
Shopping Tip:
There is a large shopping complex less than 5 mins walk from the hotel it has everything you will need for a good shopping experance

Nice
near a big mall....

If you want real holiday and relaxation then dont book here. go to Mactan? not sure how its spelled but stay at Mactan Island in one of the resorts.
this hotel sits in the middle of the city, not near the beach, but near the mall....
If I go back to Cebu, I will book one of the hotels near the beach...
but dont get me wrong, the hotel is nice...
