Modern Hotel just across the road for the best shopping center. Excellent service and a good buffet breakfast included in rate.

I enjoyed my extended stay at the Parklane Hotel in Cebu. Very nice, clean, new hotel. Room was nice, comfortable bed, reliable internet service. The amenities are nice including a gym and pool, nice coffee bar downstairs, and a wonderful buffet spread in Manuel's restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. The cost for my stay was very reasonable and I feel that this hotel provides excellent value. Most impressive to me were the friendly, helpful, smiling staff. The hotel is located just across the street from Ayala Mall and is close to everything in Cebu, very convenient. I have stayed at other hotels in Cebu and am glad that I tried the Parklane. I will definitely be staying there the next time that I am in the area and was very pleased with my experience there.

The hotel was very comfortable, staff were very friendly, very helpful. Excellent service, good food, convenient location, clean and very nice amenities.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about my stay at Parklane Hotel in Cebu. There is some construction going on in the area and that makes it difficult to cross the street fronting the hotel but they provide an attendant to get you across the street.

• Hotel Feature Tip : You can upgrade your room to include internet access, (broadband), breakfast and a massage each day for a nominal amount. The breakfast buffet is superb so paying for the upgrade may actually save you some money.

I have used several hotels in Cebu, this hotel is one of the best accommodations based on my experience!

The speed on broadband is quite poor. Hopefully it can improve quickly.

A very pleasant hotel, staff were great very courteous and friendly, reception area was comfortable and bright, welcoming drink was appreciated, the room was comfortable, bed was a little small compared to other hotels I have stayed but very comfortable. Breakfast was good and enjoyable, close to Ayala Mall although a lot of construction was going on it was quiet well insulated, a lovely place to stay, I would recommend although they need to fix the way the shower leaked onto the floor after my shower the floor was covered in water.

I found the staff polite and the service prompt. As a business traveler I need good communication. I found the internet very reliable and the business centre very helpful. I also need a good laundry service. This I found very good. The time taken was short and the quality good. The food suited my taste. Not over done and good quality. My only negative is that the bed was a bit small. A queen size bed would have been better.

No water pressure for taking a shower.

Staffs' performance is good and there is good security for calling taxi from the hotel, they will record down the taxi's license plate and you can complain to the association of the taxi if the driver tricks you or provides bad service.

This hotel was the first one I stayed at on my first visit to the Philippines. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and I was overall impressed by that. There is a pool and fitness center on the 4th floor that was great yet simple. I didn't get to try the restaurant there but it looked like a nice place. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. I was able to check-in early and check-out late...all at no extra charge. I would have waited but she insisted. Security will check your bags...women...at the door but that is everywhere, I didn't mind. I enjoyed the breakfast but never ate lunch there. The staff in the restaurant is always there to help and pleasing to look at. I will stay here again.

Very nice rooms, friendly hotel staff, fitness center unlike I have seen in a hotel, pool on the 4th floor and there are more that I have probably left out...oh yeah, the breakfast was great.

Can't think of any, unless you include the construction project across the street as an eye sore but its a hotel in the city.

• Nightlife Tip : Close to shops and night life activities. Just be careful at night..
