Very clean and maintained hotel, very friendly staff and a wonderfull breakfast menu offering a choice of items to suite all tastes Still a little noisy due to the construction work that is ongoing. The rooms are not set up for disabled access. The hotel is very well placed its in the heart of the city with all you need in walking distance, shops, places to eat. The staff are profesional and are very approachable and helpful. The rooms are comfotable and very clean, the bathroom need a little work but are still better than some hotels, if you disabled you will need to check at regestration that your room is disabled friendly as there is not enough room in the bathroom for a wheelchair and the access for the shower is combined with the bath and there are no grab rails. This hotel is well worth a vist and is well worth the money.
Shopping Tip : There is a large shopping complex less than 5 mins walk from the hotel it has everything you will need for a good shopping experance

near a big mall....
very helpful staff...
clean and spacious room...
too many constructions near, big projects that will go on and on for years.
no convient store near hotel, must cross the road to the mall...
although the mall was very near, crossing the road was very very very dangerous. If you want real holiday and relaxation then dont book here. go to Mactan? not sure how its spelled but stay at Mactan Island in one of the resorts.
this hotel sits in the middle of the city, not near the beach, but near the mall....
If I go back to Cebu, I will book one of the hotels near the beach...
but dont get me wrong, the hotel is nice...

Proximity to Ayala Centre
Service and value for money This was our first booking at the Park Lane and what a pleasant surprise it was.
Having read encouraging previous reviews we found the high ratings to be true.
The hotel was attractively priced,had excellent service and included breakfast too.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel has a shuttle service to the shopping mall.Although the shops are within easy walking distance there is quite a lot of construction work being undertaken next door but this in no way detracts from the comfort of the Park Lane.
It is not quite in the same class as the Marriott
but is certainly better value considering the free extras this hotel gives.
Hotel Feature Tip : You will go a long way to find better service and friendly faces.

clean room,clean bed, good aircon, nice service bed relatively small, no kingsize available This hotel has a convenient location, close to the main shopping mall of Cebu City. Staff is helpful and hotel room is clean and safe. I wanted a kingsiez bed, but this was not available; only queen size. Breakfast is OK but too expensive when not inlcuded in the room rate. Overall this hotel is good value for money and I would consider staying here again.

good location, nice rooms though variable, pick room serial number end with 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 which have mountain view, low level floors are less noisy, great breakfast buffet kinda 3 -4 stars hotel, lots of constructions around and within, can be nosiy in the morning from it. not so informed concierge . some clueless receptionists good value for the money, very close to ayala center, they have a great breakfast buffet, and please do not expect that you will have a 5 star building or services!!

Breakfast buffet was the best. It was included in the price of the room so normally it runs 450 pesos for the buffet if not included in your room price. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the air conditioner but it was fixe in a matter of 20 minutes. The rooms are clean but if you don't get a higher quality room your bathroom will be very small and water from the shower gets everywhere. Ayala Mall is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel better yet in eyes view and the hotel is in a very central location with close proximity to every thing. The hotel mini bar is to expensive, if you want an in room massage for one hour its over 800 pesos compared to 300 at other hotels. Anything that you have to pay for that is not included in the room price is very expensive compared to other hotels with equivelent serivecs. The hotel is nice and worth your money, just ensure that you add some more money to your budget if you plan on staying in this hotel.Weight room and pool is nice and the manuels restaraunt is pretty good.

Correct , professional personel, willing to take the necessary time to attend to your needs.
Room service is correct as well. Food is good. The hotel used to have a coastal view but this is now totally taken away by the construction of a new hotel in front. Now the view is a construction pit. Breakfast is international, meaning you have a choice of wide variety of goodies that is serving the International typr of traveler visiting this hotel in the centre of Cebu City. However, little attention is being payd to diabetic. Being close to the shopping mall Ayala centre, walking distance, you can enjoy a wide variety of shops , including a large department shop, handy if you need some extras before you continue your trip. In that sense, the hotel has good service, normal check out is 12h00. However, our flight to HK was later in the evening. We asked to make use of the room untill 14h00 and was no problem. Free Internet in the rooms via a cable that can be found in the drawer of the desk table. And WIFI in the hallway of the hotel and the first 3 levels. Velocity is not optimal but we could communicate with our family back home.
Restaurant Tip : The nearby Ayala centre has a restaurent section called the Terrace with different tastes. Also inside the Ayala, at the top floor, there is a choice of typical Filipino eateries.

The service was excellent all the hotel staff where friendly and cooperative. The quality of the food was good and the room was clean and well maintained. Everything in the room worked and the internet connection was reliable. The hotel is within walking distance of a good shopping centre and the banks.

Friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Central downtown location. Small, dark rooms. Noisy. Upon arrival I was told the room category I had booked was not available, and I was being upgraded. The "upgrade" was onto the 14th (Executive) floor, which was partly sealed off for re-construction of the new executive lounge. My room was facing the Ayala Mall, and two large building sites, generating lots of noise fro the construction. I requested to be moved, and was transferred to the other side of the hotel, a mountain view room. Make sure you INSIST on this, otherwise every morning you will be woken by the sound of construction from the building sites, going on for the next two years or more!
Rooms are all rather small, dark with bad lighting and tiny bathrooms. They are however clean, well equipped and have good fast complimentary ethernet internet. Bar area is very quiet and closes at 12pm. In room massage is Ps 800 an hour, across the street is only Ps200!
Restaurant Tip : Go to The Terraces at Ayala Mall, opposite the hotel, for a selection of over 30 different food outlets.

The best features are the service, good board band, good food and position. Gym is a bit small but this is minor. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and always find the service excellent. It is in a handy position to both the business areas and shops. The food in both restaurants is very good. The room was clean and well maintained and the broad band was reliable. I believe the hotel is value for money and will be staying their again.

VERY CLOSE TO A MAJOR SHOPPING MALL ONE CAN WALK IT UP AS IT IS LOCATED JUST OPPOSITE TO THE HOTEL HEAVY TRAFFIC NEAR THE HOTEL .SHOULD BE CAREFUL CROSSING THE ROAD WHEN OUTSIDE AS MOST GUESTS ARE NOT HAVING THEIR OWN CARS AND LIKELY TO BE WALKING OUT OF THE HOTEL FOR SOME STROLL OR TO GO TO THE MALL OPPOSITE TO THE HOTEL. THIS IS VERY GOOD AND CLEAN AND HONESTLY 5 STAR QUALITY HOTEL .THE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND COURTEOUS AND ON TIME. THE LOBBY IS WELL DESIGNED. THE GYM IS WELL FURNISHED WITH THE LATEST AND THE POOL IS A DESCENT ONE WITH LIFE GUARD. THE FOOD VARIETY AND QUALITY IS VERY GOOD PARTICULARLY THE BREAK FAST IS WORTH THE WAIT THERE.
Shopping Tip : THE LARGE SHOPPING MALL JUST OPPOSITE THE HOTEL MAKES THIS AN IDEAL PLACE FOR A STAY AS ONE DOES NOT HAVE TO GO TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE HOTEL THUS SAVING TIME AND MONEY FOR TRAVEL.

This is a good and reliable hotel right in the venter of older Cebu and close to the business area. All staff is very correct and helpfull, rooms are large and clean. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet's are very extended and good. Although the hotel has been recently renovated it is an old style hotel, has limited shopping area. This is a good situated hotel, ideal for the business man but for tourists it is suitable too. All staff are well manered, correct and helpfull. This hotel give their guests a friendly impression together with all the necessary professionalism. It is a nice place to stay and all interesting areas, shopping mall's, business cantra are reacheable within a shirt taxi drive, mostly with a taxi fare less than 100 pesos.
Shopping Tip : Shopping mall's are all in a close reach.....

Service and friendless, room very spacious and quite practical. Good Breakfest Noise created by outside and just opposite side of the street. In room, only one toothbrush kit for one full week stay. A bit short. At the end we accommodated to all cons. Had very good sleep. Location was very close to shopping mall help a lot to diversify types of lunches and dinners. The friendless and good relationship with hotel and restaurant personnels makes our stay enjoyable. Had opportunities to visit Bohol island. It was a great visit among several others.

great breakfast, very near ayala center, very near in almost everywhere, staffs are great and very accommodating one single bed only when we requested two twin beds. they said only deluxe room have twin beds and we have to add p500 per night if we will transfer Parklane in Cebu is one of the nicest hotel we've been to. Breakfast is really great and it really made me wake up early in the morning. My kids loved the pool and it made them swim almost every hour. The hotel is very near ayala center which is really good since you will get anything you need in a few minutes.If we go back to Cebu, we'll still be staying in Cebu Parklane.
